🎉武漢肺炎越竹航空成功退票資訊分享🎉
大家上次有沒有買到越竹航空飛河內88元（來回含稅2864元）的便宜機票呢？小資媽買了10張原本打算帶家人去走走，結果遇到武漢肺炎😢😢
在經過多次與越竹航空客服信箱溝通後，終於得到善意的回應，可免費改機票至5/31前（但需負擔票差），或是每人花700元退票費，退還全額機票費用。

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for sending email to Bamboo Airways Customer Care System,
According to our new policy, for bookings that have departure date from 6th February -> 31st March, we could assist passengers to change their flights till 31st May 2020 as the farthest without fees. However, passengers might still have to pay fare difference (if any).
In case you want to refund your ticket, please pay for the fee of 700 TWD/pax/route (which means total fee is 7000TWD).
If you agree with total refund fee, please reply us soon with statement " I agree cancel for refund at booking code is JOOOOO and for total refund fee" for better support
