[ Wing it，來一趟跳脫日常、隨心所欲的旅行吧！]

剛開始在美國走PCT的時候，因路途遙遠，突發狀況太多，旅程常無法按照計劃進行，因此心裡難免焦慮，所以抓到機會就問同是Hiker的美國人，用很破的英文諮詢對方的看法，要不要事先寄包裹到偏僻的某座小鎮？那段積雪的山區是不是要跳過？（但其實心裡已經有答案了，多問幾個人只是為了心安）

那時候我常聽見一個回答：I guess I will just wing it，接著他們會擠出一個瀟灑的微笑後拍拍屁股離去，剩下一頭霧水的我。什麼是「wing it」？哈囉？你要振翅飛翔到哪裡嗎？後來我才知道，原來那不是飛的意思，而是臨機應變、看著辦、走著瞧，總之就是船到橋頭自然直。

我把 wing it 這個詞學起來、記在心裡，因為我喜歡那種行事的氣質，喜歡那舒爽開朗的態度。只是從事戶外活動畢竟還是有一定的風險，不能總是即興行事，但我會提醒自己不要忘記 「wing it」，尤其在旅行的時候，不要死硬照著計畫走，偶爾脫離軌道，放棄一部分的堅持，轉個彎，肯定能發現不一樣的風景。

前兩週我們再度規劃一趟久違的機車旅行，從台中到高雄，三天兩夜，騎了快500公里。除了第二天在高雄市區打轉之外，頭尾兩天可說是瘋狂騎車，因為距離實在是太長了，而我們機車雙載的極速僅僅70公里左右，去程騎到晚上九點半，回程騎到晚上十一點半，騎到兩個人臉色鐵青，雙腳發軟⋯⋯但說真的，太好玩了！才剛回家，我們已經打開Google Map標註下次要去的咖啡廳和景點。

雖然騎車很累很吐血，而旅行內容也不外乎是到景點拍照或找地方吃飯，十足的觀光客行程，但為什麼會這麼好玩呢？聊到這話題時，呆呆靜靜說道：「可能因為不是專程去爬山吧。」我聽到這答案的時候，抬起頭，放下手上的咖啡杯，怔了幾秒。這和我的想法一模一樣啊。

當登山健行露營已經變成內化的生活，有些模式已經悄悄定型、公式化，但並不是對山厭倦了，而是心裡依然渴望成為一個旅行者，在旅途中享受隨機應變、享受出其不意的過程。所以在熱門景點或餐廳拍照打卡，當一個觀光客並沒什麼不好，重點是保持「wing it」的態度，有玩心才會有玩興，旅行要照大方向走，至於細節嘛⋯⋯那就即興發揮啦！

這趟旅行我們都穿上 Mammut 長毛象的風衣和全套登山機能服飾，行李只有兩個背包，力求Fast & Light，俐落又輕盈。但目的地並不是哪座山，而是一座南方的城市。具體要做些什麼事情我沒有頭緒，呆呆說，看你啦，要去哪裡都可以，到那邊再決定就好；我說，看你啦，你想去哪裡我就去哪裡，開心就好 🙂

Basically, they throw you down into a random location somewhere in the world (or you can select specific countries, like Taiwan), and you have to use the clues around you to guess where you are. The closer you are to the correct location, the more points you'll get. In this video, I play a round using the Taiwan map. This is a great way to improve your world (or Taiwanese) geography! Let's see how well I can do.

The peace❤️ I use to be really picky on restaurant and food. But after years of traveling and adventure I realize the best thing/ food always comes unexpectedly. For example, randomly look around and stumbled upon this restaurant. The food is really really yummy.

Ever since my last solo trip (few years back), I started to enjoy little things like that. Most of the time I only google map for the location of the to-visit spot, then when I’m not sure what to do / didn’t plan the next itinerary I will just randomly walk and see what I will bump into.

I guess this is all the little things we should cherish. Even just a good weather or a peaceful day in our life, we should also feel grateful for that. Yesterday I received a Watsapp msg, one of my friend that came back from Australia just passed away. Although I’m not really close with him / we might just a hi bye kind of friendship but I feel sad & shocking at the same time. So many unexpected stories and things could happen in our life. We should really cherish our life, the relationship with your friends and siblings, and give the best to live our life every single time. 人生只有一次 絕不許你白活了！我們大家一起加油努力生活每一天❤️
