ปกติทุกวันเสาร์ อาจารย์จะกลับมาดู The Face Thailand วันนี้เราพัก The Face ไว้เพื่อมาเขียนถึงเรื่องนี้อย่างเป็นเรื่องเป็นราว

จากคลิปในรัฐสภาที่ธนาธรไม่ได้รับเกียรติให้อยู่ร่วมในการประชุมรัฐสภา เพราะอยู่ในขั้นตอนระหว่างการวินิจฉัยในกระบวนการตุลาการ ทำให้ต้องพ้นสภาพการเป็นสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฏรจนกว่าจะมีผลการตัดสินแล้วเสร็จ จริงๆคลิปนี้คนดูอาจจะมองไม่เห็นอะไรมาก นอกจากไปด่าทอความชราของประทานรัฐสภา หรือตาแว่นว่าอย่าเจ๋อ (อย่างที่เคยบอกว่า อะไรที่ไม่ควรให้ราคา อย่าไปให้ราคา มองให้เป็นสุญญากาศไปเลย สบายใจกว่า)

แต่อาจารย์กลับมองเห็น “ความสง่างาม” บางอย่างที่โดดเด่นออกมาจากตัวเขา คือ

1) เคารพกฎและกติกา:

คนที่เล่นตามเกม แม้กติกาจะเอียงข้าง หรือกติกาจะเขียนให้แพ้ แต่จะเห็นว่า ไม่ได้มีท่าทีต่อต้านหรือพยายามจะแหกกฎ เมื่อเขาปรากฎตัวและได้รับทราบการเชิญให้ออก ก็ดำเนินกิจกรรมไปตามกฎระเบียบว่าไปตามเรื่อง ยินดีออกจากที่ประชุม โดยปราศจากการขัดขืน ที่ไม่ได้มีอาการหรือการแสดงความวุ่นวาย ให้สภาเสียเวลา นี่คือคนที่เข้าใจ “กฎกติกา” และเล่นไปตามเกม ไม่ได้เล่นนอกเกม หรือตุกติก ซึ่งความน่าศรัทธาเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่เขาแสดงความเคารพคนอื่น เคารพสภา เท่ากับเขาเคารพตัวเอง และให้เกียรติตนเองมากพอ ที่จะอยู่ในจุดที่เหมาะสม อย่างน่าชื่นชม

ดังนั้น ความสุขุม และคำกล่าวขอลาจากการออกจากสภาในวันนี้ ไปจนถึงการโค้งคำนับกลางสภาของเขาจึงกลายเป็นเรื่องสง่างาม และ “ความอ่อนน้อม” กลายเป็นภาพจำต่อสาธารณะที่ดี กับตัวเขาเอง

3) การควบคุมการแสดงออกอย่างมีสติ:

ส่วนตัวเชื่อว่า ถ้าใครอยู่ในจุดที่ธนาธรอยู่ เป็นไปได้ที่จะปรี๊ดแตก แสดงสีหน้า ท่าทาง และจริตที่บ่งบอกถึงความไม่พึงพอใจ เกรี้ยวกราด ใช้คำพูดไม่สุภาพ หรืออาจจะทำให้สภาเกิดความเสียหาย คุมตนเองไม่ได้ ไปสู่การสร้างความรุนแรงในสภา แต่ธนาธร ไม่มีอากัปกริยาเหล่านั้นเลย มันสะท้อนถึงคนที่มีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (EQ) ที่สูงมากพอ มีวุฒิภาวะที่ควบคุมตนเอง คุมเกมอยู่

📌 "ยิ่งก้ม...ยิ่งสูง"

“ความอ่อนน้อม” เป็นคุณสมบัติของผู้บริหารระดับสูง ที่ยิ่งสูง…จะไม่ยิ่งหนาว แต่จะมีแต่ ‘ยิ่งรัก’ มากขึ้น

4) การทำตัวดี แม้ไม่ได้รับการยอมรับ ยิ่งส่งเสริมให้คนรัก และชื่นชม:

ยิ่งคนทำไม่ดีต่อเขา แต่เขารักษาเกียรติของเขาด้วยการทำโคตรดีตอบโต้ นี่เป็นการวางตัวตนของคนที่เข้าใจเรื่อง personal branding ที่ชาญฉลาด ไม่ว่าธนาธร จะวางกลยุทธ์ใน story ของวันนี้หรือไม่ แต่จงเชื่อเชื่อเถอะว่า

เสียงปรบมือรอบกาย และการเดินจับมือเขา จากคนที่รักเขาในสภาเป็นตัวฟ้องที่ว่า คนที่รัก เชื่อมัน และเคารพในตัวเขายังมีอยู่ ให้เขามีที่ยืนในสังคมอย่างมีเกียรติ ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในสภา หรือนอกสภา คนที่มีเกียรติ และรักษาเกียรติของตนเอง อยู่ที่ใดก็ย่อมสง่างาม

อยากให้ธนาธรเป็นตัวอย่างของคนที่วางตัวตน ต่อสถานการณ์ที่เลวร้ายตรงหน้า เวลาคุณเจอเรื่องไม่ดีในชีวิต ให้ผ่านมันไปแบบที่ธนาธรทำ นั่นจะทำให้ ความสง่างาม และเกียรติของคุณยังคงเด่นเป็นสง่า
