蓮霧消暑祛水腫💦
表皮光滑發亮的蓮霧，雖然幾乎全年有賣，但夏天吃蓮霧感覺特別爽，因為果肉清脆多汁，滿嘴都是清涼的感覺，連皮咬下去幾乎整顆都能吃，非常方便。從中醫角度來看，蓮霧性涼，能清熱涼血、利尿消腫，所以如果屬於水腫性肥胖，不妨多吃蓮霧，夏天在外活動亦可以多吃兩個清熱補水。但如果你身體偏寒，或者脾胃虛寒、多尿、容易腹瀉便溏的話就不宜多吃。
我們常見到的蓮霧有青色和紅色，其實蓮霧家族從深紅、淺紅、乳白色到綠色都有，顏色的深淺和品種及氣候有關，台灣出產的品種有很多：祖母綠蓮霧、白子彈蓮霧、白嘉莉蓮霧、黑糖芭比等等，看名字都猜到大概顏色了。
蓮霧 — 又名天桃，性涼，有清熱涼血、利尿消腫的功效，適合小便不利、浮腫水腫者食用。惟注意脾胃虛寒、腹瀉便溏、尿頻多尿者不宜進食。

Those experiencing asthenic cold in the spleen and stomach, diarrhea with loose stools, and frequent urination should be more careful when consuming the fruit.
