小心嬰幼兒熱過頭
胡太:「天氣炎熱,但不少人在嬰兒車上加擋雨罩,相信是為了防疫,這做法恰當嗎?」
CheckCheckCin:嬰幼兒體溫比成人高,其新陳代謝也快,故產生熱量多,但相對高溫耐受能力卻低,所以在夏天容易有「熱過頭」的情況。嬰兒車裡的嬰幼兒較接近吸熱的地面,如果還加上不透氣的擋雨罩,恐怕防疫不成而容易中暑!
夏天外出時要注意高溫對嬰幼兒的影響,留意他們有否臉色發紅、皮膚發紅發熱、呼吸加速、煩躁不安甚至哭鬧、食慾不振、活動力下降等情況,這些都是中暑症狀。外出時盡量選擇有遮蓋的地方行走,嬰兒車要保持通風,甚至加裝安全的小風扇、冰涼坐墊有助散熱;選擇純棉吸汗的衣物,多準備毛巾抹汗,並且適時補充水份,以防體溫過高。

Watch out for toddlers’ temperature
“Many people install a rain cover in front of the stroller. I believe it is a preventive measure against the COVID-19. Should they be doing this during the hot summer season?”
CheckCheckCin: Toddlers normally would have higher body temperatures than that of the adults, as their metabolism rate is higher and they give out heat. However, their tolerance toward heat is also relatively lower, and toddlers might experience heat exhaustion more easily.
Toddlers inside strollers can feel the heat from below as they are closer to the ground. The rain cover, instead of protecting the toddlers, traps hot air within the stroller and cause the little ones to suffer!
When travelling out during summer, do take note of the toddlers to see if the high temperature affects them. If they start breathing heavily and throwing tantrums, experience appetite loss, become inactive, and their skin and cheeks turn red, there is a possibility they are having a heat stroke.
Try to walk under the shade, and make sure there is proper ventilation in the stroller. If need be, install a mini fan to promote airflow within the confined space. Adding a cooling pad in the stroller can also help dissipate heat. Put toddlers in pure cotton clothes as they are sweat absorbent, and prepare an extra towel to wipe the sweat off their face. Remember to hydrate their body by giving them water to drink from time to time, as this can help lower their body temperature.

《初學者必看》高爾夫⛳️
球場
一般球場是由18個球洞所組成。它區分為前九洞(OUT COURSE)與後九洞(IN COURSE)。所謂球洞包括發球台(TEE GROUND);球道(FAIR-WAY)於果嶺(GREEN)。一洞比賽的完成即是由發球台開始發球,擲到將球打入果嶺中的球洞內為止。在這段過程中所使用的揮桿次數(包括果嶺上的推桿),就是這一洞的成績。
18動的球場通常由4個短洞(PAR 3)4個長洞(PAR 5)及10個中距離的洞(PAR 4)所組成。因每個球洞的長度不同,所以訂有短洞(男250碼,女210碼以內)標準桿3桿,中距離洞(男251~470碼,女211~400碼)標準桿4桿,長距離(男471,女401碼以上)標準桿5桿的成績標準。
全世界球場的球道設計;球道距離及地形地物等並無完全相同的球場,所以高爾夫比賽無世界記錄,只有單一球場紀錄。
球桿
球桿(GOLF CLUB)依桿頭(CLUB HEAD)形狀的不同,可分為木桿(WOOD CLUB)與鐵桿(IRON CLUB)二大類
從前木桿的桿頭是由柿木所造。近期由於科技的發達,桿頭及桿身改為金屬;碳纖維;航太金屬等材質所製,其功能為減少桿身重量,擴大甜蜜點,增加擊球距離等。
鐵桿的桿頭是由特殊的鋼材或熟鐵等所製,其趕面較薄。因趕面的協度(LOFT)及桿身長度不同,而有長鐵桿(1-3號鐵桿)、中鐵桿(4-6號)、短鐵桿(7-9號)、特殊桿(S、W、P)等之分。
在果嶺上專用的球桿稱之為推桿(PUTTER)。
由桿身的彈性(FLEX)來看球桿,可初略分為五個等級
必備用具
球袋(CADDIE BAG)
高爾夫球鞋(GOLF SHOES)
手套(GLOVE)
球座(TEE PEG):每一洞的發球,在發球台上可用球座將球墊高打擊。
標誌物(BALL MARKER):球上果嶺後,依規則可將球檢起差是,但是必須先以標誌物將球為標示出來,才可取球,職業選手通常以小硬幣為標誌物。
服裝:高爾夫是非常紳士的運動,所以宜有乾淨的服裝,圓領或無領的上衣及牛仔褲,在部分有制度的球場是禁穿的。
成績計算
每一洞均有其基準桿數稱為標準桿(PAR)。當成績比標準桿多或少時其名稱如下:
博蒂Birdie 該洞成績低於標準桿1桿。
老鷹Eagle 該洞成績低於標準桿2桿。
雙鷹Double eagle該洞成績低於標準桿3桿。
一桿進洞Hole in one
柏忌Bogey 該洞成績高於標準桿1桿。
雙柏忌Double Bogey 該洞成績高於標準桿2桿。
三柏忌Triple Bogey 該洞成績高於標準桿3桿。
雙標準桿Double par以標準桿兩倍桿數完成。
Par 該洞成績平標準桿。
比賽制度
比桿賽(STROKE GAME):
以一場18洞打完的總成績來決定勝負的比賽方法。趕數最少的人為剩(稱總桿冠軍)
但在業餘比賽時通常會以總桿(GROSS)扣除差點(HANDICAP)所得的成績來決定勝負(稱淨桿冠軍)
職業選手每一場比賽均已四天72洞的成績計算,總和最少者為勝。如有二人以上成績相同就需進入延長賽(PLAYOFF)。
比洞賽:
比洞賽是兩位選手的對決,每打玩一洞就決定該洞的勝負,以獲勝洞數較多者為勝,比洞賽的勝負並不需要打完18洞。如A選手在比完16洞時以領先B選手3洞剩餘2洞,就可不必打完,成績登記為3&2。
個洞中勝者為領先(UP),負者為落後(DOWN)平手為(HALF),18洞平手時為(ALL SQUARE)。
四人二球賽(FORE SAME):
由同一隊的二位選手(A、B)輪流打一棵球,如A先開球;B則打第二桿,然後再由A打第三桿,直到將球擊入洞中為止。在比賽開始之前,必須先決定A、B支開球洞數,若A在奇數洞開球,則B在偶數洞開球。
四球賽(FORE BALL MATCH):
兩人一組,但是各打各的球,取每棟最好的那人的成績與對手相比較勝負。
伍;何謂差點
所謂差點(HANDICAP)代表的就是個人的技術水準,差點越低技術越好。差點是制度僅在高爾夫球比賽項目中才有的。其功能是要讓所有人不分男女老少、技術高低皆可同時競技。
例如A差點5,B差點10,C差點15,D差點30
比賽結果:
總桿A:78桿,B:82桿,C:90桿,D:101桿
淨桿成績:
A:78-5=73,B:82-10=72,C:90-15=75,D:101-30=71
淨桿冠軍為D君71桿
正式差點的取得,必須由正式的球場一客人在奇球場中最近20次的擊球成績中取取其最佳的10次,將其總桿數的平均數,扣除球場的標準桿數乘以0.96,所得數即為差點。
一般球有的差點,通常都以自由心證或球有間相互的認定為準。

二、萊德杯(RYDER CUP)
1927年英格蘭人山繆萊德(SAMEL RYDER)捐贈一座金杯,作為由英國愛爾蘭與美國組隊參加的兩年一度的比洞賽獎盃。1927-1977年間舉辦的22次比賽中英國與愛爾蘭隊僅獲得三次冠軍。1977年決議往後的比賽變成全歐巡迴賽的選手對抗美國選手的比賽,此後一面倒的情況便不復見。
比賽規則:賽程的第一二天上午各舉行四組的四人二球賽,下午各舉行四組的四球賽(球員可重複)第三天賽程為12人的比洞賽。

When oxygen was used up and we went back to the surface.
At the moment my eyes got above the surface,
I returned to another illusory world where things look smaller, farther.
Even the oxygen bottle suddenly felt like a thousand pounds on my shoulder.
