有幸受邀擔任亞洲白斑協會年會的講者與座長
這次演講的主題為「白斑色素移植手術」。
與各位皮膚科醫師分享我們近年來上百例白斑移植的結果分析。這次分享的內容分成兩大類：
1. 白斑的手術前評估
- 伍氏燈 Wood's light 評估疾病活性
- 新的皮膚影像學的應用
- 發展新的生物標記，透過抽血幫我們了解目前白斑發炎情況
2. 白斑手術治療的術式與選擇
白斑手術有很7-8種，包括皮膚鑽孔移植 punch graft，毛囊移植 hair graft，水泡移植 blister graft，微創水泡移植 cellutome， 細胞懸浮液移植 Melanocyte keratinocyte transplantation procedure 等。
各種術式都有優缺點，執行移植的醫師必須清楚各優缺點以及副作用，才能夠達到最好的療效。「綜合型術式combine grafting」也可以幫助達到更好的治療效果與較低的副作用。
