BERAT SUSAH TURUN KALAU TAK CUKUP TIDUR

Waktu tidur yang baik adalah 6 ke 7 jam sehari utk dewasa. Tapi zaman skang ni ramai waktu tidur nya hanya 3 ke 4 jam saja. Ini lah antara punca berat badan susah turun jgk, especially utk mereka yg tgh struggling nk kurus.

Kenapa susah kurus? Sebab bila badan kita tak cukup rest, body akan stress. Body strees, hormon dalaman terganggu. Makan ia boleh menyebabkan berat badan tu stagnant, or make it worse ada jgk boleh jadi naik berat pulak.

Badan perlu rehat. Rehat is part of a good healthy lifestyle routine. Rehat is part of weight loss tips yg ramai forget. Bila kurus je.. ingat kene senam, kene aktif buat kerja itu ini.. tapi Rehat? Kurang.

Jomm bina 1 gaya hidup yg de-stress.. susun time management, jadual kita. Cukup rehat, kita pon kurang marah, hormon dalaman lebih stabil, hormon happy and relax akan byk hadir.. maka nak lose weight pon jadi senang.

"Saya tak tau brapa kalori nasi, kalori air ni, kalori ayam goreng, kalori roti sandwich ni semua" alaaa.. takpe! Tak tahu boleh belajar.. kalau mahir, takpe! Tak perlu pon sampai kene hafal and jadi expert kira kalori ni. Nak kurus, tak wajib pon kene hafal kalori2 ni semua.
Tips nak kurus tanpa perlu mahir kira kalori, ialah kawal portion makan! Tahu banyak mana portion yg sesuai utk anda amik time makan. Gunakan saiz tapak tgn. Dan makan sedikit tapi kerap. Pilih jenis atau cara masakan yg sihat jgk. Kalau buat mcm ni inshaAllah mmg boleh kurus!
