那天錄音時范宗沛老師問我，
是不是每年都發行一張概念專輯？😆
但我上一張專輯，
天啊！其實已經4年前了！😱
在這年代，
還能做專輯真的必須很珍惜！
一直覺得我的音樂不是一首首單曲就能呈現的，
所以一有機會（和衝動），
就又想挑戰自己做一次概念專輯。
和上張一樣，
希文仍然是我這次音樂最棒的夥伴！

這這片山林裡，常常會遇見突如其來的訪客。

只要見到筆直的道路，忽然有車輛停下來，就可能是前方有這些可愛的訪客們。

所以只要見到前方有車子突然停下，G小姐就會很興奮的開窗，期待下一秒見到的會是哪一位可愛的訪客。

一年一度的生日之旅，把落磯山脈到動物都蒐集完畢了，不過遺憾的是麋鹿還年輕，沒有那代表性雄偉的鹿角。

好期待之後可以見到成年超高的moose。

It’s very often to get a chance to see these adorable animals in this area.

If drive on the path, the cars suddenly pull over, it’s probably some animal appeared.

That’s why we always expected the situation, then when the advanced car stop, Miss G will be exciting to swing down the window and look froward the next second.
.
This birthday trip we collected all species of animal in part of Rocky mountain, but sadly the moose was young no antler.
.
Wish we can catch next time.

hi everyone, thanks for tuning back here. it’s been awhile, i know! since i haven’t done one of those #stopmotionwithcëe on instagram for awhile, i wanted to try something different this time with my videos on youtube. a few weeks ago, i celebrated my 22nd birthday with a bunch of good friends who love pizza as much as i do. inspired by pinterest, as usual, i wanted to have a pizza cake. what a cool way to blow out the candles, if i may say so myself!
i decided to shoot the entire process down stopmotion style, it’s a lot of work when you’re preparing the food and taking the photos (my camera was covered in flour and sauce, yucks). i know the video is a little short, give me some time to get back into the swing of things but here are the detailed instructions if you’re interested!
1. combine sugar, salt & yeast with warm water and let it sit for about 10 mins
2. while waiting, get ready 600g of all purpose flour
3. incorporate the yeast & flour
4. knead the dough a little & cover with plastic wrap to let it rise
5. once it’s risen, knead it and roll them out
6. add pizza sauce and toppings on every layer (i did 5 in total) of dough
7. stack them up carefully - it would be ideal if your pizza was the right size as your baking tin
8. trim excess dough off your layers and wrap a thicker layer of dough around the sides
9.send it into the oven for between 15 to 20mins on 180°C. every oven is different, so please use this as a gauge
10. once it’s ready, remove it from the oven & let it cool for 5 minutes
