やっぱ筋トレや早起きって自尊心高まる。
自分を誇れる。
自尊心って自分しか高められないと感じた。
誰かに与えてもらったり褒めてもらえるから自尊心が高まるという人もいるかもしれない。
私はそうじゃない。
自分が頑張ったことで、初めて胸を張れる。
誰かに褒められなくても、自分を誇れる。
筋トレしても、早起きしても褒められない。
それでいい。
自分で自分のこと「偉いな私」って思えればいいんだから。

這個「井仔腳瓦盤鹽田」是台南北門的第一座鹽田，也是現存最古老的瓦盤式鹽田遺址，1818年遷此至今，呈現出有如馬賽克拼貼般的地景藝術，不過後來因人工成本過高，於2002年結束。爾後為延續鹽業文化而將此鹽場復育，現已成為台南濱海最具人文特色的景點之一。
This "Jingzaijiao Tile Pan Salt Field" is the first salt pan in Tainan's North Gate, and it is also the oldest surviving tile pan salt pan site. The labor cost was too high and ended in 2002. Later, in order to continue the salt industry culture, the salt farm was restored, and it has become one of the most culturally characteristic scenic spots in Tainan Binhai.
