I know it's not easy to deal with chemo's side effects; the nausea, the vomiting, the low blood counts, the baldness, the weight gain, the weird stares, the aches, the weird tastebud, the pains and more.
The waiting is tough. The waiting is boring.
What can we do?
Are we going to stay in the bed doing nothing and sleep all the time?
Are we going to do nothing and wait?
Do we want to train ourselves up to be a professional patient, doing what we do best?
I personally feels that will only mk me more sick.
Even after spending too many days in the hospital makes my speech ability slower n poorer. I tend to forget words. Oh! I forget things easily too. Let alone on remembering details.
It didn't tk me too long to realize on the possible self destruction. I took up new hobbies to fill up my leisure time.
Gardening and cooking is good.
It helps!
