ホンダ・CBX（シービーエックス）は、本田技研工業が1978年に発表し、翌年より海外への輸出が開始されたオートバイ。

当時の輸出市場で人気絶頂を誇ったカワサキのZ1000を性能のみならずイメージやメカニズムも含めて打ち負かす、最強のフラッグシップとなるべくして開発された。最大の特徴となる排気量1047ccの空冷直列6気筒DOHC24バルブエンジンは、往年のGPレーサー「RC166」を模したもの。6連装の28φCVキャブレターを装備し、オーバー100psとなる105psを達成。モーターのようなエンジンフィールと、ジェット機と評された独特の排気音で人気を集めた。

元々はワークスレーサーイメージのスーパースポーツとして開発された車両であったが、大柄な車体と重量、採用されていたダイヤモンドフレームの剛性不足などからスポーツモデルとして大成功とは言えなかった。しかし6気筒エンジンをできるだけコンパクトにまとめるべく採用された背面式のジェネレーターや各部に採用されたジュラルミン製鍛造パーツなどは、後のマシン開発に受け継がれた。

ホンダ・AX-1（エーエックス-ワン） は、ホンダが製造販売していたデュアルパーパスタイプのオートバイである。
AX-1は、通常の市街地走行だけでなく、郊外や未舖装路をも軽快に走れる斬新なスタイルのスポーツバイクとして、1987年(昭和62年)に発売された。ジャンルは、オンロードとオフロードの両立を図ったデュアルパーパスの軽二輪となる。2回のマイナーチェンジを経て、発売から約10年間販売された
249cc水冷4サイクルDOHC単気筒エンジン。通常使用することが多い低・中速域で、特に扱い易くレスポンス性に優れたトルク特性としながら、高回転でも伸びの良い出力特性を発揮する設計であり、軽量で摩擦抵抗の低減と耐摩耗性に優れたNSシリンダーを採用した。

フレームは、等剛性フレームでマフラーをフレーム構造材の一部に組み入れるなどして軽量・スリムな車体を実現している。
デュアルヘッドライトやメーター類を組み込んだフェアリングを、フレームに固定することで、より軽快な操縦性を実現した。

足廻りは、未舗装路走行での踏破性を高めるためロングストロークのサスペンションを採用。21本スポークのアルミキャストホイールを組み合わせることでシート高を810mmにとどめており、荒れた路面での優れた操縦性と市街地での軽快な取り廻し性を両立させた。

名前は「モーターサイクルの中での新しいジャンル、新しい軸（AXIS）を提案する1本目」に由来している

ドラッグスター（DragStar）は、ヤマハ発動機が発売しているクルーザー（アメリカン）タイプのオートバイであり、シリーズ車種として排気量別に開発・生産されている。
ドラッグスターシリーズのフラッグシップモデルとなる「ドラッグスター1100」 (DS11) は、1999年3月に登場。エンジンは「XV1100ビラーゴ」の空冷V型2気筒SOHC2バルブ1100ccをベースに、同社のスポーツモデル「XJR1300」や「YZF-R1」と共通のメッキシリンダー、浸炭コンロッド、鍛造ピストンを組み込み、駆動系もビラーゴから大幅に見直して搭載。400cc版同様の低く構えた車体に1100cc版独特の迫力のあるスタイル、また従来のクルーザーとは一線を画したスポーティーなエンジンフィールとハンドリングで、一躍国産大型アメリカンクラスの人気モデルとなった。

2000年10月には、400クラシックと同様の変更を受けたバリエーションモデル「ドラッグスタークラシック1100」 (DSC11) が追加されている。

2008年9月に国内仕様車は生産終了となったが、海外仕様車の V-Star は生産が継続されている。
ホンダ・CBR250RR（シービーアールにひゃくごじゅうダブルアール）とは本田技研工業より1990年から2000年にかけて発売されていたCBRシリーズの249ccモデルのオートバイである。通称『2ダボ』
1989年に発売されたMC19･CBR250Rをフルモデルチェンジし、1990年4月に発売されたMC22･CBR250RRはライダーの操縦技術を問わず高レベルの走りを楽しめる性能を目指し、高次元･ヒューマンフィッティングと呼称されるコンセプトに基づいて開発された。

エンジンはキャブレターから燃焼室までを一直線化、ポート形状を新設計し、クランク廻りを高剛性化する事で、中低速での扱いやすさを向上すると共に、レッドゾーンは19,000rpmを入口に高められた超に超が付く高回転型エンジンを搭載する。なお、19,500rpmでエンジン保護のためのレブリミットが発動する。

足回りはマスの集中化を狙ったLCG(Low Center of Gravity 低重心という意味)フレームを採用し、スイングアームは排気管の効率的配置を可能とするガルアームと呼称される新型アームが採用された。またフロントフォークの改良とダブルディスクブレーキの装備によって、制動力が高められている。

なお形式こそMC22までで止まっているが、1990年発売の初代モデルより1992年にブラッシュ模様のトリコロールカラーの追加、1994年にはCBR900RRカラーとワインレッドの追加と、二度のカラーチェンジが。1994年に新しい250ccクラスの馬力規制によって出力が45psから40psに減少した。この時にカムの形状が変更され以前より中速域を意識した特性となった。そのため、日常では扱いやすくかつ力強くなっている。
