新一年不做放負王
工作狂：「自知工作壓力很大，終於請假去旅行打算放鬆一下，但出發前已擔心這個擔心那個，連去旅行都感到壓力，怎麼辦？」

CheckCheckCin：來到新一年，你心情是開心、興奮、充滿盼望？還是擔心、失落、欠缺衝勁？壓力過大會使人產生大量負面情緒，就連本來應該開心的事，例如新一年開始或者去旅行，也會變得思慮多多，甚至會經常不自覺地嘆氣，把負能量感染身邊人。從中醫角度來看，憂傷肺，思傷脾，情緒會影響臟腑功能導致身體不適，所以我們要學習清理情緒垃圾，以下有多個處理情緒垃圾的方法，找一個適合自己的進行，在新一年開始找回正能量。也可以沖一壼花茶與家人朋友分享，也可以疏肝解鬱。

方法一：清理家居雜物
我們常說物品是感情的延伸，所以清理雜物同是也可以為心靈來一次大掃除，生理上覺得舒適自在，心理上也會感到舒服。

方法二：放空十分鐘
你上一次放空是甚麼時候？不是指工作時對著電腦發呆，是真正遠離電話、電腦騷擾，從每天趕車、趕工作的行程中暫停十分鐘，專注於屬於自己的時間，徹底享受片刻的無所事事，有助腦部釋出記憶空間及釋放壓力。

方法三：紙、筆、垃圾桶
要處理壓力和負面情緒，首先要勇敢承認它們的存在，拿起紙和筆，把不想要的事情和情緒寫下來，徹底坦承地面對自己的感受，然後將紙用力握成球或撕碎丟到垃圾桶去。

佛手花玫瑰花蜂蜜茶
功效：紓緩壓力導致的多嘆氣、胃部脹氣不適、心情鬱悶等症狀。
材料：佛手花、玫瑰花、蜂蜜各少許
做法：將佛手花、玫瑰花放入保溫瓶，注入熱開水洗沖一遍後倒掉，再注入熱開水焗5分鐘，待水變暖加入蜂蜜調味即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡，一星期可連續服用3天。

Method 1: Clean up household junk

Method 2: Zone out for 10 minutes
When was the last time you zoned out? It does not mean to be gaze at the computer at work, but to really stay away from phones and computers. Ingredients: small amount of fingered citron flower, rose and honey
Preparation: Place fingered citron flower and rose into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes. After the water cools down slightly, add honey and mix well. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 3 days a week.
