My purpose of posting video
1. Demonstrate how to execute waves program
Wave is one of my favorite program.
2. Encourage ”Drug-free” young trainees to catch up with the Master trainee. If I can make it, 20 years-old kids can do it too over time.
3. Again, if you want to build serious muscles, you have to SQUAT and do heavy lifting.

Found good food and drinks at the small town of Lahaina on West of Maui on the first day. Ok the 3rd (it was it 4th?) we had early dinner at @monkeypodkitchento and managed to catch the sunset on the beach. Even got drenched when a big wave crept up on us 🤣 Should have seen how we all ran helter skelter. And yes I wore my wedges on the sand.
