Last year, two of my goals were to get a six pack, and to learn how to dance. Then COVID happened... One year later, I still have no six pack, but in terms of having two left feet, I’m, well...I’m working on it, lol. To all our newest endeavors! Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay motivated! 💪

Will you get results after 21 days? - This is not a rapid weight-loss challenge or six-pack challenge. This challenge helps you get out of that "I-am-not-ready" barrier to starting making exercise a habit. Getting results is a bonus! (for sure, fitter, mentally stronger, some weight-loss if you fully commit to this challenge).
