Your team should have one focus in mind. The most important focus for your team should be GROWTH. To have a growth-mindset, your team must always be thinking about your product, understanding your market, and focusing on the right timing.

⚽OKRs tell the story!

As a CEO, your day must be bombarded with multiple tasks. Discussing and setting up OKRs for team members and evaluating weekly or monthly helps keep your team’s goals transparent and aligned. This includes monthly reviews focusing on how to improve, being flexible and results-driven, and overall creating a team environment.

⚾Set your values clear starting from the FIRST day.

A turbulent journey of a girl travelling across the globe with high hopes & aspirations to seek life to it's fullest only for her dreams to be short lived and forced her to be confined indoors due to the pandemic which then restricted her to live normally again especially when there is no tell when the outbreak will subside. This music video is an invitation to come along on a rollercoaster ride of emotion that enriches the concept of life. A narrative created for the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival.

Personally, this is the most raw piece of filmmaking I have ever done because you will see the happiest and lowest I have ever been in my life. It was my privilege to share this story with you especially in the midst of this historic mark that affected the whole world. When I was editing this for the first time, I literally took 2 hours just to get myself together and not break down. This was an ongoing process till today (I'm much better now, don't worry hehe)

Initially the narrative for Better Half was supposed to be a love story that speaks on the levels of how complicated a relationship can be and to understand the depth of love, better. However, I had to scratch that idea out because my actors and my team had to go our separate ways due to the virus outbreak and social distancing.

Although the process went downhill, I think Better Half was told in it's best version now and I am so proud how it was constructed. I hope this music video gives some sort of inspiration to all of you that even though life will knock you down in the most unimaginable way possible, there is still light at the end of the tunnel. We just need to be brave to find it.
