พิมพ์ก็ไม่ต้องหาให้ยุ่งยาก ใช้ลูกมะพร้าวมันเลยจ้า

🍴ส่วนผสมสปองเค้ก🍳
ไข่ไก่ 3 ฟอง
น้ำตาลทราย 80 กรัม
เกลือ ¼ ช้อนชา
น้ำมะพร้าวน้ำหอม 35 กรัม
นมข้นจืด 40 กรัม
สารเสริม SP 15 กรัม
แป้งเค้ก 100 กรัม
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
เนยจืด 80 กรัม (ละลาย)
🍴ส่วนผสมครีมสดแต่งหน้า🍳
วิปครีม 2 ถ้วย
น้ำมะพร้าวอ่อน ¼ ถ้วย
น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เนื้อมะพร้าวอ่อน (สำหรับแต่งหน้า)
🍴วิธีทำตัวสปองเค้ก🍳
1. นำไข่ไก่ น้ำตาล เกลือ น้ำมะพร้าว นมข้นจืดและสารเสริม SP ลงในชามผสมจากนั้นใช้เครื่องตี ตีไล่ระดับจากระดับความเร็วต่ำไปความเร็วสูงสุด ตีจนส่วนผสมขึ้นฟูมาก ใช้ไม้พายปาดแล้วไม่หยดลงมา
2. จากนั้นใส่แป้ง และผงฟูลงไป เปิดเครื่องตีความเร็วต่ำเพื่อแค่ให้ส่วนผสมของแห้งเข้ากัน ระหว่างตีให้คอยคนว่ามีส่วนผสมข้างล่างที่ไม่เข้ากันหรือเปล่า
3. จากนั้นใส่เนยละลายลงไป (ค่อยๆเทเนยลงไปในระหว่างที่ตีให้เข้ากัน) เมื่อส่วนผสมเข้ากันดีแล้ว จึงเทลงในกะลามะพร้าวที่ทำความสะอาดเรียบร้อยแล้ว จากนั้นนำไปใส่ลังถึงไฟกลาง
นึ่ง 15 - 30 นาที (ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดของตัวเค้กที่นึ่ง)
4. เมื่อนึ่งสุกแล้วนำออกมาพักให้เย็นตัวลง จากนั้นบีบครีมแต่งหน้าลงไปให้สวยงามและโรยด้วยเนื้อมะพร้าวอ่อน

1. นำส่วนผสมทั้งหหมดเทรวมกัน ที่อ่างผสมจากนั้นตีจนวิปครีมตั้งยอดจากนั้นตักใส่ถุงบีบเตรียมไว้

1. Put all ingredients together in the basin. Then hit until whipped cream. Put it in a squeeze bag and prepare.

【シソジュース(4~5倍濃縮)】
<材料>
・赤紫蘇 1束 (葉だけで150gぐらい)
・水 600ml
・砂糖 300g
・リンゴ酢(他の酢でもOK) 大1
・クエン酸 大1と1/2
<作り方>
1.赤紫蘇の葉っぱだけを摘みます
2.ざるに入れて、水でよく洗い、絞ります
3.鍋に水を入れて沸騰したら、赤紫蘇の葉を2~3回に分けて入れます。
4.蓋をして中火で20分煮ます。
5.砂糖と酢を加え、弱めの中火でさらに20分煮ます。
6.最後にクエン酸を加えてできあがり。
4~5倍濃縮になります。
お好みの濃さに薄めて飲んでください♪
炭酸で割ったり、お酒で割ったり、ヨーグルトに垂らしたり・・・
※保存する際、金属製の蓋は避けてください。
酸が強いので錆びてしまいます。

Ingredients for Chicken

600g of chicken thigh
2 tablespoons of light sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of cornflour
(Recommended to add another 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce)
Egg wash
Some flour mix (just mix 1/2 cup of cornflour with 1/3 of plain flour & 1 tablespoon of rice flour together)
Ingredients for lemon sauce

1 cup of water
Juice from a lemon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar (recommended to increase to 3 tablespoons)
Some lemon zest
1.5 tablespoons of cornflour
Ingredients for chicken flavoured rice
---
2 cups rice
2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoon concentrated chicken stock
4 pandan leaves tied in a knot
20 grams ginger lightly smashed

Many would agree that when eating Hainanese chicken rice, their chilli is one of the most important aspects of what makes a good plate of chicken rice. While usually I prefer to have mine only with chicken rice dark soya sauce, Roland loves to drench his rice with lotsa chilli and he likes his chilli really really spicy.
