How does someone decide if they could wear dresses or pants, or is that decided for us? Some of us may feel we can only wear one and not the other.
The trick is to just be honest.
If any woman feels they cannot wear a dress, start by asking yourself how you are truly feeling and honor that. If you feel hard, go and express it fully in your clothing. Do not judge it and listen to your body. Don’t pretend and don’t hide. Observe changes.
I considered myself extremely sensitive when I was younger so everything that I wore exuded 1000% delicateness. I had no interest in pants or anything that showed hardness. Honesty really saw me through this, as being able to honor myself to the core and the last detail of how I felt in styling, opened me up to my deep strength.
The dresses I wore started to change. I was drawn to different fabrics and silhouettes. I even started to love pants so much! What a miracle.
Dressing up if done from the inside out (and not the other way around) always support us to truly discover our style. Because this expression is then our own, and not put into us through a picture or an expectation.

I'm not going to tell you that I'm digging my nose lol. So I received lots of questions about how to keep myself warm or comment WHY YOU WEAR SO LESS during winter. It's -6 degree today and here's the ultimate tips for you.
•
#1 Go get yourself some extra warm heat tech top. I got mine from @uniqlo and I bought the extra heat tech top & the turtle neck one in Japan. Depend on you but I normally wear 3 heat tech top as my inner top lol.
#2 Remember to bring glove because this is the most important thing to wear during the winter so you can take your hand out to press the camera or phone. The first few day i thought I forgot to bring my glove and it really struggle! My hand feel so cold until it's pain. Pain until I can't take my camera and press my phone lol.
#3 Thick and fluffy scarf and jacket. No joke this is an extra coverage for your body. Better to get a jacket that will keep you warm.
#4 Purchase some hot pads I got mine from Japan convenient store and just placed it on your pocket so when your hand is really cold you can just put your hand into your jacket's pocket.
#5 No heel pls! Wear something that cover your leg! Boots with socks so you can easily walking on the snow or light weight sport shoe.
#5 wear a hoodie jacket so when it's heavy snow or wind, you can use it to cover your head + your hair won't get wet easily.

So here's some tips for you if you plan to visit any country during winter time. Also this is how I survive under -6 degree this few days❤ Hope it helps! #chanwontips I'm wearing 4 layers top & 2 layers bottom with high boots together with hoodie jacket + glove! I think I need to get a scarf soon! It's too cold here!

Winter here in Japan is not really scary unless the temperature is negative & heavy wind!
