Học bổng các nước châu Á mấy nay nở rộ quá, mình hướng một chút qua bên châu Âu xem sao nhỉ. Mặc dù Thuỵ Sĩ hùng vĩ đẹp thơ mộng như thế nào cả nhà đã biết rồi, nhưng mà để được tận mắt nhìn thấy và đặt chân thì quả thật sẽ là một trải nghiệm đáng giá. 「感謝各界伙伴一路相挺！」
#跨國同婚，從來都是人權的議題，在全球同婚合法的國家，只有台灣禁止跨國同婚，過去800多天，外國媒體也一直表達驚訝，亞洲的民主燈塔就因 內政部 的一紙函釋，蒙上污點。

因為這是台灣定下的規定，而主管單位司法院也支持跨國同婚提出修法草案，也表明了清楚的立場，更提到「愛無國界，我國國民無論選擇本國人或外國人成為配偶，都應該受到國家同等的保障。」

但草案卻在行政院遲遲未送審議，除了修法之外，更有簡單直接的方式可以處理，就是內政部更改已被法院2度認證的違法函釋，像過去內政部也曾經用同一方法處理柬埔寨異性戀跨國案，為何因為同一法令禁止跨國婚的「異性戀」柬埔寨案可以用釋函處理，而「同性戀」卻無法？800多天， 台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟 問過內政部無數次，從來沒有正面回應過。

台灣另一人權守護單位監察院，也對跨國同婚一事發起調查，明確提出「保障跨國同性伴侶婚姻自由的基本人權」，不管是司法院還是監察院，都明顯支持跨國同婚是基本人權的立場。

今天伴盟帶領的上街行動，一眾跨國伙伴無懼風雨挺身而出，在800多天的等待，因為內政部的一紙公文把多個家庭拒之門外，有人在炮火戰亂當中、有人的小孩被逼單親、有人等不及去動刀變性，我們彼此數不完的訴訟，不應該把人民的基本人權逼到角落，我們苦苦哀求了800多天，一次又一次的勝訴，卻沒有換來內政部的友善回應。

我們眾人都還在現場等待內政部回應的同時，內政部就發出新聞稿卻不願到樓下的現場對話，這是行政單位的極度可悲與狡猾，對媒體洗一波風向卻沒有提過司法院的修正案、監察院的調查報告、自己2次敗訴。

在今天行動的發言上，台權會秘書長施逸翔特別提到「弱弱相挺」，在跨國同婚中，還包括了移工權益、同志領養及收養、人工生殖、性平教育眾多議題，我們在爭取弱勢的權益時，從來都是互相支持走在一起，在同婚合法之後，我們沉浸在「亞洲第一」的光環下800多天，但卻是外媒開始質疑為何全球同婚國家只有台灣不能
跨國同婚，對國籍進行差別待遇，兩公約國際人權專家對台的報告，也指出跨國同婚的差別待遇，同樣因性取向而有差別待遇的收養領養、人工生殖更是濃縮了制度上的不公平，未來在各個議題的爭取，我們一眾平權團體會堅定的站在一起。

最後，非常感謝今天到場一同支持，各團體為跨國發聲，跨國伙伴的生命故事分享，都讓我們更有勇氣走下去，希望婚姻盡快真正平權，而一眾為弱勢發聲的爭取議題，我們一定彼此支持！

🌪🌏【氣候緊急挫勒等， 政院修法別再慢】🌏🌪《溫室氣體減量及管理法》自2015年施行至今，效力不彰且已無法因應全球氣候變遷的緊急現狀，因此民間團體與立委提出《氣候變遷行動法》修法，至今各黨共提出7個修法版本，卻卡在缺乏行政院的版本無法啟動修法。

聯合國最新發布的氣候變遷報告，提醒各國面對氣候變遷應立即提出策略，全球已有12國將「2050淨零排放」入法，歐盟也將徵收碳稅，台灣若不儘速啟動修法，恐在國際貿易市場失去競爭力。
