WFH ไม่ได้มีแค่ VDO Call คุยกันนะ!
จะ wfh ให้ครบวงจร สะดวก ปลอดภัย ไม่เสี่ยงโดนมัลแวร์ ransomware ด้วย Microsoft 365 , azure, Teams
work from home ไม่ใช่แค่ประชุมออนไลน์นะ จะทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ แบบสะดวกด้วย ปลอดภัยด้วย ถูกต้องด้วย ไม่เสี่ยงข้อมูลรั่วไหล โดนมัลแวร์ แรนซัมแวร์โจมตี ต้องมีอะไรบ้าง?
ช่วงโควิด19 ระบาด ก็ทำให้รูปแบบการทำงานแบบ Work from home เป็นที่แพร่หลายมากขึ้น ะ ซึ่งจริงๆ แล้วหลายๆบริษัท แม้ไม่ได้ work from home ก็ยังมีงานอีกหลายอย่าง ที่ต้องทำจากข้างนอก หรือ work from anywhere และมันต้องไม่ใช่แค่การทำงานด้วยกัน แบบโทรหากัน vdo call กัน แต่ต้องเป็นการทำงานร่วมกันได้จากทุกที่ ทีนี้พอบอกว่า จะ work from home จะ work from anywhere ปุ๊บ! บริษัทไหนที่ไม่ได้เตรียมระบบรองรับไว้ก่อน ก็จะตามมาด้วยปัญหาหลักๆ 3 ข้อ
ปัญหาที่ 1 ดำเนินการได้ช้า เพราะระบบทำงานเดิม ไม่ได้ออกแบบรองรับไว้
ปัญหาที่ 2 เรื่องการทำงานร่วมกันเพราะอยู่กันคนละที่
ปัญหาที่ 3 เรื่องความปลอดภัย เพราะเมื่อไม่ได้อยู่ออฟฟิศ ก็ควบคุมการใช้งานกันได้ยาก และบางทีพนักงานก็ใช้เครื่องส่วนตัวที่ไม่ได้มีการป้องกันที่ดีมาทำงาน ก็อาจทำให้ข้อมูลของบริษัทรั่วไหล หรือโดนไวรัส มัลแวร์ ransomware เกิดความเสียหายได้มหาศาล
แต่ปัญหาเหล่านี้จะหมดไปด้วยบริการ Azure Microsoft 365 และ Microsoft Team ที่สามารถยกทั้งออฟฟิศมาไว้ที่บ้านคุณด้วยบริการ 3 ยก ที่ตอบโจทย์ทุกการใช้งานของ WFH
ยกที่ 1 ยกทีมงานมากับคุณ ด้วย Microsoft Teams สามารถแชร์ไฟล์ แก้ไขงาน วาดรูปขึ้น whiteboard พร้อมๆกันได้เลยขณะประชุม มี Live captions และ Live Transcript ประชุมภาษาอังกฤษแบบมี subtitle ถอดเสียงเป็นตัวอักษร แล้วยังเซฟเก็บไว้ดูต่อได้ด้วย
ยกที่ 2 ยกทั้งออฟฟิศมากับทุกคน ด้วย Windows Virtual Desktop ที่สร้างคอมพิวเตอร์เสมือนขึ้นมาอยู่ที่หน้าจอทุกคนที่บ้าน เชื่อมต่อกับแอปสำคัญๆที่บริษัทต้องใช้ เช่น ERP, Sale และข้อมูลขององค์กร มาให้ใช้งานที่บ้านได้ผ่านคอมฯหรืออุปกรณ์ส่วนตัวไหนๆของพนักงานก็ได้ รับสายได้ทุกดีไวซ์ด้วย MS Teams
ยกที่ 3 ความปลอดภัยมาตรฐานโลกมาอยู่กับทุกคนบนระบบคลาวด์อัจฉริยะ ด้วยระบบความปลอดภัยแบบ built-in จาก Azure ที่ตรวจจับและยับยั้งการโจมตีโดยใช้ AI /สามารถบริหารจัดการ profile ของพนักงานแต่ละคน , เลือกกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงทรัพยากรของบริษัทให้กับพนักงานแต่ละระดับ และที่สำคัญ ยังป้องกัน ไวรัส มัลแวร์ แรนซัมแวร์หรือมัลแวร์เรียกค่าไถ่ ที่น่ากลัววววมากๆได้อีกด้วย
