本人為兩個小孩子的媽媽，原來也也非常相信國際泌乳顧問的專業

在懷孕期間，上了各式各樣的母乳相關課程，只希望能順利哺餵母乳

但後來哺乳期間，真的發生塞奶問題，於是乎找順理成章的尋求了國際泌乳顧問的協助，

但不只狀況沒有改善，甚至狀況還變的更加嚴重，

於是我開始對所謂"國際泌乳顧問"產生好奇，秉持著自已身為工程師追根究底的精神

開始對這個組織做了些功課。


----------------------------------正文開始------------------------------------

一直以來我都以為"國際泌乳顧問"，是國家認可的一個職照

因為版上只要是有任何的問題，都會有一群人建意直接去找"國際泌乳顧問"

而不是推建去找哪個醫生，找哪個醫療部門等等

於是乎我開始找尋了所有的國家考試及認證，國家高普考、考選部、醫療類組、

結果!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

我完全找不到這個所謂，"國際泌乳顧問"的國家認證考試

有所謂的護理師、醫師、牙醫師、營養師、甚至律師等等

有各種各式的行業，但就是沒有這個"國際泌乳顧問"的考式

換句話說，"國際泌乳顧問"根本就不是國家認證機構!!!!

那"國際泌乳顧問"到底是?????????



既然如此那"國際泌乳顧問"到底是什麼樣的組織及機構呢?

我上了"國際泌乳顧問"的網站，發現原來他們的組織是一個"協會"

那成立協會有什麼必要條件呢??於是我打去了內政部做了一番詢問

原來只要符合基本條件，路上的阿貓阿狗都可以成立任何的協會

今天我心血來潮，就可以任意成立一個類似"國際母乳顧問協會"、"華人哺育指協會"

what ever 只要是符合章程，我也能任意的創出一個協會出來。

這其中的證照發放、證照認證、培訓課程等等，完全不需要政府同意

隨便協會要如何審查都可以，所以只要我願意，

明天街上就會多出許許多多的"國際母乳顧問"、"華人哺育顧問"專業證照

試問這跟民間的民俗療法，跌打損傷的資格認證有何不同???



再來我又上了"國際泌乳顧問"的網站查詢，所需的上課人員及培訓資格

大家有興趣可以自已上他們的網站去查詢，能力認證的部份

發現並沒有限制任何的資何，也就是極端的說來

在我們家服務的打掃鐘阿姨，也可以去上所謂的"國際泌乳顧問"認證課程

只要完成了"國際泌乳顧問"的培訓、考式、認證、

我們家的打掃阿姨也就成了"國際泌乳顧問"了呢!!!!!!

那其他經過國家認識的"護理人員"們，怎麼聽起來這麼的不值錢??

乳腺有問題，竟然是找尋一個未經過醫療許可認證民間的證照??

也就是說，哪天媽媽您的乳房發生問題時，

找到的也有可能是我家的打掃阿姨，做為您做產後的泌乳服務

那萬一我今天因為這樣發生了任何的醫療糾紛，試問是

"國際泌乳顧問協會"，會出來承擔這樣的責任嘛??

而在"國際泌乳顧問"上，我沒有看到這方面的保護與保障


--------------------------------總結-----------------------------------------

因為本人是一個工程師，所以很多事喜歡實事求是，所以找了很多的資料

去佐證我心中的疑問，以找出最真實知道的答案

過去的哺乳黑歷史就算了，並不是本篇文章重點。

(一)"國際泌乳顧問"並不是國家認可的證照

(二)任何人只要成立了協會，都可以發出類似"國際泌乳顧問"的證照

(三)任何人只要完成"國際泌乳顧問"培訓、與考試，都可以成為"泌乳顧問"，
包括家中的打掃阿姨、巷口賣麵的大嬸、任何人都可以

(四)"國際泌乳顧問"發生任何醫療糾紛時，是否會由"國際泌乳顧問協會"
來承擔這一切醫療責任??那請問媽媽們的保障在哪裡??


以上皆為實事求是，理性分析，並不是要抹黑"國際泌乳顧問"的不好

只是希望能讓大眾了解，"國際泌乳顧問"的真實狀況，跟所能提供的服務。
