RESEPI CHICKEN CHOP
BAHAN- BAHAN
1 ekor ayam ( di belah 4 dan ‘debone’kan ayam – dapat 4 keping )
1 sudu besar lada hitam ( ditumbuk)
3 sudu besar sos tiram ( sy ganti ngn sos bbq)
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar kicap manis
1 sudu makan kicap masin
1 sudu makan jus limau
1 sudu besar jus halia ( 1 inci halia di tumbuk dan perah jusnya kedalam ayam)
1 sudu kecil serbuk ayam ( granulled chicken stock)
1 sudu besar madu
Cara Penyediaan
1. Satukan semua bahan hingga rata. Kemudian peraplah ayam dalam petisejuk selama beberapa jam. Seelok-eloknya semalaman.
2. Semasa hendak membakar gaulkan dengan sedikit minyak masak dan bolehlah di bakar di atas periuk non stick. Balik-balikkan ayam hingga masak dan bolehlah di angkat. Saya guna microwave oven je lebih mudah!
Untuk Sos Perang ( brown sause ) @ Sos lada hitam / bbq sos
1 labu bawang besar ( potong dadu)
1 sudu besar mentega
2 sudu besar tepung gandum ( ayak dulu takut macam-macam ada dalam tepung)
1 liter air ( lebih kurang dalam 1 jag kecil )
3 sudu besar sos tiram ( tp sy ganti dgn bbq sos sebab sy elergik sos tiram)
1 sudu besar kicap (untuk menggelapkan sikit warna sos )
1 sudu makan sos tomato atau sos chili
1 sudu besar sos black pepper
1 sudu besar lada hitam ( ditumbuk halus)
1/2 kiub perasa ayam atau daging lembu.
Sedikit garam dan gula
Cara membuatnya
1. Panaskan mentega dalam periuk kemudian tumis bawang besar hingga layu.
2. Tepung gandum di larutkan dalam air hingga rata kemudian masukkan dalam periuk tumisan tadi.
3. Masukkan semua bahan lain termasuk sos-sos. Kacau atas api hingga pekat. Kalo rase tak cukup pekat bole la tambah lagi bancuhan tepung gandum. Boleh di angkat dan dihidangkan
Boleh juga tambah cendawan dalam tin yang sudah dipotong-potong kalo nak.
Hidanglah chicken chop dengan kentang goreng, salad, timun dan tomato segar!!!

CHICKEN CHOP RECIPE
MATERIALS-MATERIALS
1 chickens (split 4 and 'debone' chicken - got 4 pieces)
1 tablespoons of black pepper (punched)
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce (I replace it with bbq sauce)
1 tablespoons of chili sauce
1 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoons of ginger juice (1 inches of ginger punched and squeezed into the chicken)
1 small spoons of chicken powder (granulled chicken stock)
1 tablespoons of honey
How to Prepare
1. Unite all ingredients to the flat. Then marinate the chicken in the petition for a few hours. Well overnight.
2. When burning mix it with some cooking oil and can be burned on a non stick pot. Return the chicken until cooking and can be lifted. It's easier for me to use microwave oven!
For War Sauce (brown sause) @ black pepper sauce / bbq sauce
1 large onion pumpkins (diced)
1 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour (ayak used to be afraid of all sorts of things in flour)
1 litres of water (approximately 1 small jag)
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce (but I replaced it with bbq sauce because I'm elergic to oyster sauce)
1 tablespoons of soy sauce (to darken the color of sauce)
1 tablespoon tomato sauce or chili sauce
1 tablespoons of black pepper sauce
1 tablespoons of black pepper (finely punched)
1/2 cubes of chicken or beef flavor.
A little salt and sugar
How to make it
1. Heat up the butter in the pot then stir fry the onions to wither.
2. Wheat flour dissolved in water to the flat then put it into the stir-fry pot just now.
3. Insert all other ingredients including sauce. Stir up on fire until it's thick. If you don't feel thick enough you can add more mix of wheat flour. Can be lifted and served
You can also add mushrooms to the can that have been cut off if you want.
Serve chicken chop with fries, salad, cucumber and fresh tomatoes!!!

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
300 g mentega (guna unsalted butter lagi sedap)
280 g tepung gandum*
1 camca besar susu tepung*
1 camca teh baking powder*(*digaul rata dan ayak)
5 biji telur gred A
1 camca besar ovallate
250 g gula halus
30 g gliserin*
20 ml air*(*disatukan)
1 1/2 camca teh coklat emulco
1 camca teh strawberry emulco
1 /2 camca teh rose essence

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
Lenser tin berukuran 8 x 8 x 3 inci dengan mentega, alas dasar tin dengan kertas minyak, lenser kertas tadi dengan sedikit mentega. Ketepikan.
Putar mentega hingga pucat, pada speed sederhana, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis, putar rata dan alihkan ke dalam mangkuk lain.
Dalam mixing bowl yang bersih dan kering, masukkan gula halus dan ovallate, putar hingga rata. Masukkan kelima2 biji telur, dan putar pada kelajuan tinggi hingga telur kembang dan kental seperti adunan baulu (macam dalam gambar).
Perlahankan sedikit speed dan masukkan adunan no. 2 sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis, putar rata dan masukkan bancuhan air + gliserin, gaul rata.
Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 bahagian. 1 bahagian + coklat emulco, 1 bahagian + strawberry emulco dan 1 bahagian + rose essence (yang ini biar plain). Tuang aduan secara berselang seli dalam tin tadi. Lorekkan dengan hujung pisau atau chopstik, pastikan hujung pisau/chopstik sampai ke dasar adunan.
Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 55 minit hingga 1 jam, bergantung pada oven masing2. Sejukkan atas jaringan sepenuhnya sebelum dihidangkan.

CATATAN MAT GEBU :- Kalau tak de gliserin, abaikan gliserin dan air, ganti dengan 50 ml susu cair atau whipping cream. Pasal perisa dan pewarna untuk marble tu boleh ikut citarasa masing2. Oven perlu dipanaskan 10 minit sebelum membakar kek.

THE MATERIALS :-)
300 g of butter (using unsalted butter is even better)
280 g of wheat flour *
1 large teaspoon of flour milk *
1 teaspoon baking powder tea * (* flat digaul and ayak)
5 eggs grade A
1 big teaspoon ovallate
250 g of refined sugar
30 g of glycerine *
20 ml of water * (* united)
1 1/2 teaspoon emulco chocolate tea
1 teaspoon strawberry emulco tea
1 / 2 teaspoon rose essence tea

HOW TO MAKE IT :-)
8 x 8 x 3 inch tin lenser with butter, tin base with oil paper, paper lenser just now with some butter. Put aside.
Spin the butter to pale, at a simple speed, insert flour little by little until the end, spin the flat and move it into another bowl.
In a clean and dry mixing bowl, insert refined sugar and ovallate, spin to the flat. Put in five eggs, and spin at high speed until the egg blooms and thick as the baulu mix (as in the picture).
Slow down some speed and insert the mix of no. 2 little by little until the end, spin flat and insert water + glycerine mix, flat mix.
Divide the mix into 3 parts. 1 parts + emulco chocolate, 1 parts + strawberry emulco and 1 parts + rose essence (let it be plain). Pouring the complaint in the can just now. Lore it with knife or chopsticks, make sure the knife / chopsticks end to the mix base.
Burn in a heated oven at 175 C for 55 minutes to 1 hours, depending on each oven. Cool down to the full tissue before serving.

NOTE FLUFFY MAT :- If you don't have glycerine, ignore glycerine and water, replace it with 50 ml of liquid milk or whipping cream. Because of the flavour and dye for marble you can follow your taste. The oven needs to be heated for 10 minutes before burning the cake.Translated

This is how to make popsicles that are made using the drinkable yogurt container as it is. The recipe is very simple because you can do it just by putting the ingredients inside and shaking.By adding gelatin or condensed milk, it does not harden and is easy to eat.You can replace the sugar with condensed milk.In that case, you can reduce the amount of yogurt by another 70g, add 90g of condensed milk, and do not need to add gelatin.
* Recipe * (for one 900g drinkable yogurt container)
1.Sprinkle 5g of gelatin powder into 25g of water.
2.Put the stick in water to prevent it from coming off.
3.Take out 400g of yogurt from the yogurt container at room temperature.This is not used.It's OK to drink.
4.Put canned fruits of your choice into the container. I added 200g of mandarin oranges and 160g of pineapple.
5.Add 35g of sugar.
6.Heat (1) in a microwave oven at 600w for about 20 seconds to dissolve the gelatin.
7.Put it in (5), cover it, and shake it.
8.Insert the stick of (2).
9.Freeze in the freezer.
10.It's done. It's not very sweet. And heavy. It's just so heavy.
撮影してから時間が経ってしまいましたが、飲むヨーグルトの容器をそのまま使って作るアイスキャンディーの作り方です。材料を中に入れて振るだけでできるのでレシピは至ってシンプル。簡単です。ゼラチンや練乳を入れることでガチガチに固まらないので食べやすくできあがっています。
砂糖は練乳に置き換えられます。その場合は、飲むヨーグルトをさらに70g減らし、練乳を90g入れ、ゼラチンは入れなくてもよいです。
*レシピ*(900gの飲むヨーグルト容器 1個分)
1.水 25gに粉ゼラチン 5gを振り入れておく。
2.抜けにくくするために棒を水に入れておく。
3.常温にした飲むヨーグルト容器から飲むヨーグルト400gを取り出す。これは使いません。飲んじゃってOK。
4.容器に好みのフルーツ缶詰を入れる。みかん 200g、パイナップル 160gを入れました。
5.砂糖 35gも入れる。
6.(1)を600wの電子レンジで20秒程度加熱しゼラチンを溶かす。
7.(5)に入れ、蓋をし振る。
8.(2)の棒を差し込む。
9.冷凍庫で凍らせる。
10.でけた。甘さ控えめだ。そして重い。ひたすら重い。

PES 2021 V1 – INSTALL – PS4
1. Download the option file & then navigate to the download destination (downloads or desktop folder usually but this despends on your PC)
2. When downloaded, right click on the file and choose ‘Extract to WEPES’ and the file will extract in a few seconds
3. Insert your USB key into your PC/MAC. Right click on the USB icon and select Format if needed (make sure it is set to FAT32)
4. Now return to the WEPES Folder (the one you just extracted) & right click on the WEPES folder & select ‘copy’ & then return to the USB folder
5. Open up the USB folder (double click to go to the USB root) and simply paste the WEPES folder (right click then select paste)
6. This will now copy over so wait a few minutes. Once complete you should have an open folder on your USB called WEPES
7. Now eject the USB from your PC/MAC & and insert it into your PS4. Follow all the instructions until you can go to Edit Mode.
8. When you first start PES 2021, there will be an import tutorial, just follow the intructions before you proceed with importing the Option File.
9. Once in Edit Mode, navigate to Import/Export and select Import Team.
10. Now select All files (PS4 square button) & select ‘Go to Detailed Settings’ and then press OK (DO NOT TICK ANY BOXES HERE)
11. This will import everything except Bundesliga Players so relax for 5-10 minutes while it does its thing. Once completed, return to the import screen
12. Now select all Bundesliga Teams (do not select Schalke, Bayern & Bayer Leverkusen) National Teams & Brazilian teams ONLY
13. Tick both boxes “Players” & “Overwriting images” & then Import by pressing OK. Return to the main Edit Menu
14. Select Import Competition, select All files (PS4 square button) & Go to Detailed Settings’ and then press OK (DO NOT TICK ANY BOXES HERE)
15. Return to main Edit Menu & go to competition structure, reduce the draw size for the Bundesliga to 18 and swap the teams across from other euros
Sometimes you might get an error, do not worry, simply follow the steps again & reimport

p/s of course, I don't eat like this every single day depending on my schedule and if I do travel. But as much as I can, I love to cook for myself because that means I'm in control of what I eat and that's the easiest way to stay healthy and fit.

BARLEY, CARROT & SWEET CORN SOUP (serves 3)
- ½ cup Pearl Barley – 350Cals
- 6 cups Vegetable Stock – 90Cals
- 2 Tomatoes, quartered – 44Cals
- 2 large onions, quartered – 120Cals
- 2 Potatoes, cut into thick chunks – 326Cals
- 2 Carrots, cut into thick chunks -50Cals
- 1 Sweet Corn, cut into 4 – 62Cals
- Salt and pepper to taste
Per Serving – 347Cals
Steps:
1) Chopped all the vegetables – tomatoes, onions, carrots, potatoes and sweet corn.
2) Fill up a pot with vegetable stock and add in all your ingredients. Season with a little bit salt and pepper.
3) Allow all the ingredients to cook under medium heat for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Don't forget to stir occasionally.
4) Set it aside to cool down.
TEMPEH FRIED RICE (serves 3)
- 3 cups Cooked Brown Rice – 744Cals
- 1 cup Tempeh, cubed – 318Cals
- ½ Broccoli, cut into florets – 49Cals
- ½ Red Bell Pepper – 18Cals
- 1 Carrot – 25Cals
- 3 stalks Scallions, sliced – 10Cals
- 2 tbsps. Olive Oil – 138Cals
- 2 tbsps. Soy Sauce – 19Cals
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil – 40Cals
- Salt and pepper to taste
Per serving – 487Cals
Steps:
1) Heat a large pan with 1 tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat. Stir in the tempeh and sauté until slightly brown. Set aside.
2_ Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp. of oil over medium-high heat. Add your vegetables - broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot and cook until slightly tender but still crunchy, just for 4 - 5 minutes.
3) Then stir in the rice and tempeh and continue to cook for a few more minutes, until the rice is heated through.
4) Season with some soy sauce, sesame oil and salt & pepper.
5) Add in some scallions and continue to stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
6) Remove from pan and set aside to cool down.
TOFU & VEGETABLE RICE ROLLS (12 Rolls)
- 400g Firm Tofu– 80Cals
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced – 37Cals
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced – 37Cals
- 1 Carrot, thinly sliced – 25Cals
- 1 large bunch Mint Leaves – 16Cals
- 1.5 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced – 26Cals
- 2 tbsps. Olive Oil – 138Cals
- 12 Rice Paper Rolls – 306Cals
Garlic-Soy Dipping Sauce (serves 12)
- 4 tbsps. Soy Sauce – 37Cals
- ½ tbsp. Rice Vinegar – 1Cals
- 2 tsp. Sesame oil – 80Cals
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic – 4Cals 2 cloves
4 rolls per serving.- 296Cals
Steps:
1) Slice the tofu into long strips.
2) Over medium-high heat, cook the sliced tofu on each side for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
3) Next, we want to prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well. Set aside.
4) Then, chop up all the vegetables – bell peppers, carrot and cabbage.
5) Now let’s assemble the rice rolls! To soften the rice paper wraps, in a large plate, add in warm water and dip the rice paper wrap in the water for 10-15 sec and then spread it carefully on a slightly wet cloth.
6) Arrange all your colourful vegetables and tofu. Gently fold the rice paper wrap and done!
SNACK - Red Dates Stuffed with Walnuts.
36Cals per serving. Consume 3-4 servings as your snack!
Steps:
Simply slice the red date to create a small pocket , remove the seeds. Then insert half a walnut into the red date.

The total calories for all the meals are just above 1200cals. This does not include a pre or post workout snack. So I’d give myself another 300 - 400 calorie allowance. And I may even add another meal on my workout days.
This is just a guideline. Your calorie intake will be differ based on your body composition & fitness goal. Increase the portion accordingly.
