First start at Amazon

Amazon company has invested in the game business since 2014 after acquiring Twitch business, online video platform, game containers with 29,000 million baht.

Passing through now, Twitch has grown beyond the competitors clearly.
9,340 million hours a year videos are viewed by 73 % of the market.

In addition, they have a business called Amazon Web Services (AWS) that provides cloud database storage, which major game developers such as Bandai, Capcom, Epic Games, Supercell, Zynga are the company's customers.

Meaning that every time people play online, AWS services are also being used.
And most importantly, this business has much higher profit margins than E-commerce.

Next one is Alphabet

The company owns YouTube, the world's biggest online video platform, with about 250 million game-related followers per day.

In addition, YouTube has also launched a YouTube Gaming feature to support streaming games especially.
There are 2,681 million hours of video viewing per year. The market share of 21 % is the number 2, secondary from Twitch.

But in the future, Facebook may develop new businesses similar to Google's Stadia.

And the eye-catching thing is Oculus VR owned by VR, a virtual reality technology developer with a high chance of making Facebook create successful virtual reality gaming devices.

The last part is Microsoft

And in 2016, the company launched a streaming platform named Mixer.
But the response is not as expected. There is only 3 % market share.

Get Microsoft to turn off this platform this July and rock the account with Facebook Gaming instead to collaborate with Twitch and YouTube.

No matter how fierce the competition is, no one can compete with the real game owner like Tencent, Chinese tech company.

Because they have created or invested in a loud game with many players around the world like Fortnite, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Arena of Valor (RoV), League of Legends, Honor of Kings, Clash of Clans

And the company can also offer products to customers directly in real time. When order happens, players get items immediately. Game owners get paid at the same time.

While buying normally, consumers may have to shop at the mall or wait for delivery later. The seller may have a central or multi-layer dealer to get paid and also to manage inventory.

Including game owners and players can also do game-changing activities such as gamecast reviews or serious Esports to win prize money.

This is not surprising if it says in the near future, the game market where humans pay virtual purchases.

1. Choose The Right Loan
Ensure the first loan that young people do with the bank is a house loan. Not a car loan. This is because car loans will lead to young people's commitments getting higher and the qualifiers on the bank to buy houses are reducing. 2. Use Company Accounts As CashFlow

This means, young people buy a house at a certain period, and when the value of the house increases, young people sell / flip the house and get profit from the sale. This way is called Capital Gain.

6. Don't Combine The Name Of Husband Wife When Buying
Avoid combine the name of husband and wife while buying a house. This is because, everyone is only eligible to get a 90 % loan for two houses only. If the 70th house, only get a loan for 70 %. This means, if you follow the rules, a couple of wives will be able to buy 4 houses. But if combine the name, it will be only 2 houses to get a loan of 90 %. So, you'll lose it. The right rule for a husband and wife is... Buy 4 houses, 1 to sit alone, and 3 more for rent. It's a profit from renting that house to pay monthly for the house that you sit. Isn't it like sitting like that?

7. Ensure CCRIS Records CLEAN
CCRIS record is a record from Bank Negara that collects our debts with financial institutions in Malaysia. To make it easier for you before you decide to make a home loan, make sure you check your own CCRIS record first. Later you'll see your debt list and next to your monthly payment list. If it's 0, it means your record is clean. You're a man of mind. If it's 1, this means there's 1 months out, then 2,3,4 and so on. The way to check is to go to the National Bank and use the machines provided. Or now can apply online only. I'll show you the other day.

8. Three Types Of Home You Need To Know
There are three types of homes you can buy.
FIRST - undercons house (meaning under construction). Usually undercons homes are suitable for people who plan on FLIPPING (Selling) when they're done. If you're looking for a house with discount 7%, then you just need to remove 3 % capital. If you can find a house that gets 10 % discount, then you don't need to withdraw the capital to pay deposit.

我跟大提琴手登凱又來一個合作。
配合上星期阿拉丁電影的上映和權力遊戲第8季大結局，這週是主題曲週。

為了完美勾起大家的童年回憶，而且據說權力遊戲第8季大結局讓劇迷們非常失望，我跟大提琴手登凱決定再度一起合作cover，這絕對不會讓大家失望！

阿拉丁劇情背後其實有很深的意涵，其中覺得最感動的地方就是阿拉丁和茉莉公主改變了看待對方的視角，跳脫外在角色既定印象，而看到對方真實的自我，希望大家可以不要被社會價值或標籤所禁錮，可以跳脫刻板印象，做真正的自己。
「不必為了改變而改變，真心的人愛你，是因為你就是你。」（阿拉丁，2019）

這讓我想到，當初決定到街頭演出時，就是希望可以打破大家對音樂系科班學生畢業之後的就業選擇，我希望透過音樂，可以傳遞溫暖力量給大家。所以我選擇當國家音樂廳的逃犯，走下音樂廳的舞台，站在街頭和大家互動，拉近和大家的距離，拉琴給大家聽，希望大家聽到我的琴聲音樂，可以感到開心幸福感動。

This week is the week for soundtracks : A Whole New World, OST of “Aladdin,” and Main Title from the “Game of Thrones,” both of which were officially released last week.

To perfectly represent everyone's childhood memories, and it is said that fans were disappointed to the finale of the power game season 8, I decided to cooperate again with my cello partner Wu Yo Yo, which will definitely make everyone satisfied !

This reminds me of my decision of being a busker. Instead of playing at National Concert Hall and being the best violinist, the expected career path from the society toward those majoring in music, I chose to performing as a busker, passing the healing power of music, getting closer to everyone, and sharing my music and the touching moments with everyone.

There were soooo many unexpected obstacles about the filming of this cover. It was supposed to film in the early morning, but started to rain heavily.
Due to the super heavy rain, the cover was delayed.

2018法鼓山大事記「平安無事」英文版
In September 2018, the Succession Ceremony for DDM’s sixth abbot president took place at the Dharma Drum Mountain complex. In 2006, late Master Sheng Yen handed the position of abbot president to Ven. Guo Dong. This year’s succession ceremony also held a significant meaning for the further development of Chinese Buddhism.

In carrying various Dharma affairs, including paying visits to victims of the big earthquake in Hualian and the Puyuma Express train disaster, holding international academic exchanges and Buddhist seminars, as well as organizing the Protecting the Spiritual Environment and Family Day event, DDM’s monastic and lay practitioners all continued the late Master Sheng Yen’s compassionate aspiration to build a pure land on earth. The year 2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the Master’s passing and DDM’s 30th anniversary, we expect ourselves to keep making good wishes and putting our wishes into action, for the benefit of the world.
