有朋友問監控攝影機的量，哪一份調查數據報告準？
我在十年以前，每年都有至少五份以上的調查報告，包括 IMS、In-stat、Frost & Sullivan、Gardner、Yano ⋯⋯
而我個人認為比較嚴謹的是 Instat 與 Yano，但從與市場的實際探討，都會存在很大的出入，甚至多多少少有炒作的意味。有些國際廠商就曾與我探討上頭列的一家市調公司，經常炒作過頭，數據浮誇，但是媒體很喜歡引述，如果把這家十年來數據，還有經常發佈的消息稿與市場實際情況對比，會發現已偏離事實很多，而且曾鬧了很多笑話。
In-stat 應該已經被併購，他的調查是從關鍵零組件出貨為基礎，印象中在 2008 年的數據，監控攝影機的量一年已達四千萬支。幾年前有晶片廠商及中國廠商，聊及監控攝影機數據，曾都說我的數據是錯誤的，監控攝影機絕對億起跳，我告訴他們，他們把 home surveillance 數量混在一起了。而這幾年很多業者已經接受，我曾在 3S MARKET 上所多次探討的這些數據，也就是說明了這十年來很多數據已經誤導了市場，而且是極大的誤導。
而 Yano 兩年前我還一度拿到其書面數據，據了解這家市場調查公司，一直是 SONY 所委託。但他也會出包，看看附圖就會了解。
至於兩多前，今週刊引用的數據（附圖），連 AXIS 名稱都錯誤，我就很訝異出處居然是日經。

BAHAN-BAHAN:
• 3cawan tepung gandum
• 3sudu makan gula halus
• 4sudu makan susu tepung
• 3sudu makan lemak sayur
• 1/2 sudu teh garam halus
• 1/2 sudu teh instant yis
• 250ml air suam
Bahan Inti:
• Sambal tumis secukupnya
• Hirisan timun secukupnya
CARA MEMAMASAK:
1. Bancuh instat yeast bersama 50 ml air suam dan satu sudu teh gula halus
2. Kacau rata dan ketepikan sekejap hingga bancuhan berbuih.
3. Sementara itu, masukkan tepung, baki gula, susu tepung, lemak sayur dan garam ke dalam mangkuk adunan. Kacau rata.
4. Tuang bancuhan yis dan gaul hingga sebati.
5. Tuang baki air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus menguli hingga menjadi doh yang tidak melekat dimangkuk adunan.
6. Kemudian bentukkan doh seperti bebola sama besar.
7. Susun dalam loyang yang telah ditabur sedikit tepung, tekan biar leper sedikit.
8. Perap 35 - 45 minit atau hingga kembang.
9. Panaskan minyak, goreng dalam minyak sederhana panas hingga kuning keemasan.
10. Setelah sejuk, belah dua dan sapu dengan sedikit sambal tumis dan letak sekeping hirisan timun.
