《Francis健身教室》改善三大錯誤 😉完善胸肌發展✅
若大家練了健身一段時間都知道,要練好胸肌是一點也不簡單的,要練到看起來平均、厚實、夠闊才算是好看。但是,這往往都是很多人做不到的,而且我眼見很多不同的人,很多是新手,甚至有的是練了一段長時間的人都會犯上一些練胸肌的錯誤,導致胸肌發展不太理想。我在以下會分享一些我觀察到的一些練習錯誤,大家可以參考一下。
🌟1. 忽略上胸訓練
上胸的訓練動作如 incline dumbbell press,可以刺激到我們上胸肌肉的發展,令整個胸肌長得更加平均。因為上胸一般都是比較薄弱的位置,一般都需要額外訓練才可以刺激它增長。由於不少人都會覺得上胸的力量較細,練的時候得不到滿足感而放棄,所以導致上胸薄弱。
🌟2. 缺少孤立動作
孤立動作如 cable fly,可以幫助到胸肌的外側及中間溝位的發展, 令胸形看起來更加闊及大。但我觀察到有不少人因為覺得孤立動作的壓力細,不及雙關節動作大而放棄,導致胸形發展得厚但不夠闊。
🌟3. 忽略離心訓練
大家做胸肌訓練時都很重視向心收縮,即是例如進行 flat bench press 時,大家都會使勁地把重量向上推以定成向心收縮,但是當進行離心收縮時,卻沒有那麼關注了,很多時我見到都是很快地把重量下降,似乎沒有用力把它慢慢降下來。大家做離心時應該出力,用 2-3 秒,把重量慢慢下降完成,以增加刺激。
