Highly recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: CBD has recently become a new favorite in the beauty industry. Its excellent calming, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects can effectively improve skin problems. My skin is sensitive to redness, so I will use this CBD-containing Marula skin care oil before going to bed. Only two to three drops each time can calm the skin, reduce redness, and protect the skin. The barrier is strengthened. If you have sensitive skin like me, then MOIA ELIXIRS N°01 is definitely worth a try! MOIA ELIXIRS N°01 can reduce skin inflammation, soothe the skin and balance oil. 🔴MY REVIEW: Have used so many brands and keep coming back to this one. The scent is light and the cream goes on very smooth. It moisturizes well, not too greasy on my skin as it absorbs well. It can give me a dewy look. Awesome for dry sensitive skin as well. Definitely would recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: This product is awesome. Visible improvement in just a month. It really plumps up those tiny lines and makes my skin look brighter and healthier. To be honest, my skin looks better than it has looked in probably the last three years. Friends even notice the difference in my skin and asked what I was using. I’m incredibly impressed with this product and would recommend it to everyone. By the way, I have experienced no breakouts or redness.

Those that have been following my #oalworkout on Saturdays LIVE, we have learned a lot of basic exercises, HIIT, tabata, bodyweight strengthening and toning, isometric, explosive..... etc.
Coming Saturday 4pm I would like to add in weights to those basic exercises for LEGS and GLUTES, to give our Lower Body muscles some challenge - Strength & Resistance Training.

Don’t worry, don’t need to buy dumbbells if you don’t have, just ready two same size mineral water. Not the small ones because for lower body those small bottles are too too light. You can try ready 2 bottles of 1.5L mineral water like this in the picture.

The increased energy that comes with a regular lower body workout, can make everyday activities more nimble and symmetrical, avoiding injuries!!!!!!!!

40-Minute Total Body Strength Training at Home (Low Impact, No Jumping)

This is a total body Traditional Strength Training workout. What does it mean? That means we will focus on building strength in one muscle group at a time. This is a great way to increase muscle mass and tone a specific area of the body.

This is not a fast pace workout nor is it high impact. This workout is low intensity and low impact, that means no jumping. It's suitable for ALL LEVELS, because you can adjust the weights according to your own fitness level. There will be a total of 3 circuits which will be split to lower body, upper body and core.

What you'll need is a pair of medium weight dumbbells (4 - 6kgs each) and a pair of light weight dumbbells (1 - 3kgs each). Let's lift and get strong!

CIRCUIT: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest (Repeat x2)
Workout Duration: 40 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 250 - 320 Calories

Circuit 1 (Lower Body)
1) Tempo Squats
2) Lunges
3) Booty Leg Sweep
4) Weighted Side Leg Raise

Circuit 2 (Upper Body)
1) Row & Reverse Fly
