我已完成✅接种两支疫苗超过一个月了,朋友羡慕我说,等雪隆步入复苏计划第二阶段,就可以出去堂食、进行休闲活动、国内旅游等等。
其实,我很想回乡看爸爸妈妈
我们也想带着孩子去国内旅行
我也期待跟好朋友聚餐聊天
我更想去品尝想念已久的美食
但是我更清楚知道
#我接种的疫苗它当初只是针对新冠肺炎原始病毒株研发,而现在病毒株已经变种到delta和lambda
而目前 #在雪隆感染delta病毒株的人很多
所以,在外活动和包括堂食是会有感染破口(气溶胶与飞沫传染)就算我已接种两剂疫苗,我还是有可能感染其它病毒株。
你说我怕死吗?
其实,我不害怕死亡。
我害怕不小心感染病毒后的身心伤害与身体并发症
我更害怕因我也受感染的人。
这一年多来我不敢接近住我家附近的弟弟弟媳与两个年幼的侄儿。
要彼此都安全与健康,唯有做好本分。为了我的家人、同事和朋友,我是不会冒这个风险。
我依然会坚持外出时戴上双口罩
(内层外科口罩,外层布口罩)和脸罩
保持人身距离、如非必要不外出、也不去人潮多的地方
随时消毒双手、不触摸眼睛、鼻子及嘴巴
继续与病毒“和平”共处。

US has a surge of infected cases of more 100,000 cases per day with more severity in both adults and children requiring hospital and ICU admissions...
So.....
1. Vaccine is not a silver bullet
2. U need to be sure of the people around have been vaccinated and they are not from the high risk group who can be infected at any time
3. Have only one safety bubble for now
4. Avoid going to crowded places especially if the ventilation ther is poor with air-cond environment.
5. DO NOT dine-in and talk without wearing mask at indoor environment with poor ventilation.
6. Wear a mask when you are at indoor especilly when ventilation is poor.
7. Improve workplace ventilation: open windows, install exhaust fans if needed to improve air flow by dilution, hepa air purifier to improve air quality, upper UVGI to kill viruses, basic surface cleaning, basic hygiene practices and hand hygiene, social distancing
8. Exercise and keep good immunity
No shortcut in fighting COVID-19 to stay safe and alive!
A package of protection is needed for all of of us to stay safe.
Take responsibility for yourself and your loved ones...The ever changing sop wouldn't protect you especially when they are not making sense and logic with no scientific basis!

Did you know? The hubby and I met through sports back in university and that is why even after having kids, we still advocate fitness and try to keep fit as a family.
Besides going on walks, we also try to swim, jog, do yoga, cardio, zumba and dance workouts whenever we can. Thanks to @decathlonsg for launching the "Sports in Family" campaign, we are even more motivated to stay active even though we are mostly indoor these days.
Yup, we have always loved going to Decathlon as we get inspired just by looking at their extensive range of sports equipment. Remember how I bought Asher's bicycle when I was preggie and lugged it all the way home with the kids on the MRT? We also bought the kids' rollerblades, protective gear and some of our sports apparel there too.
Before the June holidays end, we are also trying out indoor camping and soft achery too! Woohoo! The kids have always been interested in archery but we have only done it when we go overseas. Now, we can enjoy all the fun even when we are at home, woohoo!
Exercise is such a fun and great way for families to bond and I hope we will keep it up for as long as we can. A family that works out together stays together!

Post Covid: How to Get Back in Shape (4 Weeks Exercise Guide) | Joanna Soh
This video is meant to offer you a guideline on how you can get back into exercising after Covid-19, for those who have had mild to moderate symptoms. While exercise is important for your health and recovery journey, it is also essential to AVOID pushing yourself too far. Doing so could slow down your recovery or cause your symptoms to worsen by increasing the levels of inflammation in the body. So listen to your body, take it slow, and follow these 4 phrases by gradually reintroducing exercise into your routine.
If at all you have any concerns, ALWAYS refer to a health care professional for advice.
I’ve included 4 exercises for each week, a total of 4 weeks. Try to exercise at least 3 - 4 times weekly. All the workouts are home-based with minimal equipment.
