It's been quite sometime since I've last had a good bowl of Tendon! Chance upon, [@akimitsusg], An Award Winning Tempura and Tendon Restaurant which originated from Asakusa in Tokyo! With over 128 Years Of History And Experience in this field!.

I was Mind blown by it's a generous bowl of Tendon! My whole bowl was literally filled with Tempuras which includes- Fish, Prawns, Egg and Assorted Vegetables And I'm paying only $14 ish for these, Along with a small bowl of Chawamushi!.

A taste of authentic Japanese tendon in KL? Shitakachi Tendon Akimitsu from Asakusa, Tokyo opened their first overseas outlet in Evolve Mall, Ara Damansara.

The restaurant's setting and open kitchen reminds us of one of those small-ish tempura outlets that have visited in Japan in the past. I was tempted to practise my limited command of Nihongo here as most of the staff members and chefs are Japanese.

The menu consists of mainly tendon offerings ranging from RM18-RM67. Being our usual greedy self, we ordered the chef's special and super deluxe tendon that came brimming with various ingredients - there's conger eel, prawns, oysters, squids, whiting fish, okra, eggplant, pumpkin and etc.

The tempura batter was light, airy and crispy. The light soy drizzled over the rice and fried stuffs just tie everything together. We manage to finish everything - to our surprises (we are not big eater to begin with).

: 200g chicken wings
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp sake
: 1 tbsp sesame oil
: 5g grated garlic

: 6 cod fish fillet
: 300g Yakidofu (grilled tofu)
: 200g kimchi
: 160g eniki mushroom
: 80g green onion

: 600ml chicken stock
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: 1.5 - 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ１は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと２００ｃｃですがアメリカの1カップは２３０ｃｃくらいです。参考までに。

Giant Tendon Challenge which includes:

Salmon, LOTS OF PRAWNS, fish fillet, eggplants, asparagus etc.

Wasn't going for speed in this one, more like enjoying though haha.

To be honest i ain't exactly sure of the specific weight heard it's around 3kg ish.
