協志的品飲筆記：
香氣：非常明顯的糖漿與蜂蜜 以及令人安心的沉木 木質調性的香氣 並帶著非常淺的泥煤和海鹹味
口感：入口是非常香甜的蜜糖 果香感 幾乎讓人忘記這是一支海島威士忌 這是第一階段 第二階段則是轉換成淡淡地的泥煤 和烤橡木桶的香氣 最後則是慢慢的轉換成咖啡 可可的薰香感 層次相當豐富
餘韻：木質調性的氣息不斷的飄散在口中

【＃近來喝到深得我心的威士忌】
Talisker 泰斯卡單一麥芽蘇格蘭威士忌

一個來自我旅遊過的蘇格蘭高地Isle of Skye
Isle of Skye 天空島，有著很美的意境，
蓋爾語意即「隱藏在雲霧中離天空最近的島嶼。」
五年前我曾到天空島開車自助旅遊，
人生第一次被大自然的美震撼到，
靜謐的湖泊 連綿的山 自在的羊群
像遠離塵囂般，安靜的好令人放鬆。

當時並不知道Talisker來自這個雲霧般的島嶼
否則就會安排個酒廠一日遊了！

這次先試飲10年，已相當不錯，
後來直接垂直品飲18年，更加驚艷味蕾！😳
以下為我的品飲筆記：

Talisker 10yo
果香清甜味乍現，有著柑橘、西洋梨
以及蘋果剛切開來的新鮮香氣，
中段展開特別的紅茶香、烘烤茶葉的香氣
還有著蹦米香的味道，再來出現很棒的篝火味，那種歡愉，仿佛在海邊跳著舞、
喝著酒開營火晚會。
尾韻帶點海水鹹味、胡椒鹽的香氣，
口腔最後還留有果乾餘韻。
個人蠻喜歡他的風格、
剛剛好的煙燻味及層次分明的香氣。

Talisker 18yo
湊鼻一聞，明顯的果乾甜蜜香氣出現，
細聞感受到龍眼蜜、橘子果醬
及檸檬塔的味道，像在逛蛋糕店一樣，
濃濃的香甜氣息撲鼻。
喜歡這支中段出現的花蜜、
蜂蜜風味及焦糖爆米花的香氣，
恰當的香甜卻不厚重。
因為中段有著淡淡的泥煤味道
及海水鹹味平衡甜味。
敏感的人可能會感覺泥煤味明顯，
我個人覺得有聞到油漆味。

我愛這支初入喉的清爽、酸甜，新鮮的鳳梨風味到龍眼乾的氣息都有，
結尾的鹹味讓這款威士忌有回甘的滋味。

In the final episode of our Isle of Skye adventure we went on a beautiful sunset hike and did an awesome waterfall walk!

In this adventure vlog we try to make the most out of the final day of our Scotland trip. We went on a sunset hike at The Quiraing Circuit. Here we got some incredible cinematics of the awesome landscapes of the Isle of Skye as the sunset. After this we travelled the hidden gem waterfall called Rha Waterfalls. This waterfall walk takes you through a quiet forest before you reach the huge and truly stunning waterfall. Finally we ended our Isle of Skye adventure by exploring The Fairy Glen.

The Isle of Skye in Scotland is home to truly incredible natural landscapes and mountains. In this adventure vlog me and my friends go on a wild and terrifying mountain hike up the summit of Am Basteir and Bruach na Frithe.

This was truly an adventurous hiking trip taking us through incredible Scottish landscapes in the Isle of Skye. Our Isle of Skye hike took us past the awesome Sligachan Waterfalls. These waterfalls led us all the way up the mountain. It was honestly an epic and cinematic hike!

Hiking up the mountain turned very dangerous once we accidently went off trail and were forced to rock scramble up the face of the rugged mountain. It was a hike I won't forget and I really hope you enjoy this adventure vlog!

The Isle of Skye found in Scotland is home to landscapes like nowhere else on the planet.

A place rich in natural wonders me and my friends went on a road trip around the Isle of Skye, hiking, wild swimming and having a truly epic adventure in Scotland.

In part one of our Scotland Adventure vlog we travel to the Isle of Skye on a very long road trip of 12 hours. Once we arrived we spent the rest of the day exploring the Isle of Skye's amazing nature spots. Wild swimming in Loch Leathan, Portree and hiking to the iconic and awesome Old Man of Storr. The hike to The Storr is very short but extremely cinematic!
