【2021坎城影展主競賽+平行單元+會外賽完整得獎名單】

2021年坎城影展揭曉得獎名單。最大獎金棕櫚獎授予法國導演茱莉亞．迪古何諾（Julia Ducournau）的《鈦 Titane》。
．
這是迪古何諾的第二部電影長片，前一部作品《肉獄 Raw》（2016）當時也在坎城技驚四座，獲得費比西獎殊榮。今年也是繼1993年的珍．康萍（Jane Campion）之後，闊別28年，女性導演再次於坎城折桂。
．
不過今天全場的焦點或許更多擺在評審團主席史派克．李（Spike Lee），當他在介紹第一個獎項時，疑似誤解主持人的意思或不清楚頒獎流程，提前爆雷公布金棕櫚獎得主，令全場譁然，使得今年成為史上最反高潮的一屆坎城盛會。
