材料:
全蛋 50G
蛋黃 20G
70% 朱古力 50G
牛油 50G
糖霜 35G
低筋粉 12G
海鹽 1-2G
做法:
1. 將朱古力及無鹽牛油或隔水加熱溶化,成朱古力漿
2. 在碗內,將雞蛋、蛋黃加熱至65度 ,輕輕打發至淡白色
3, 加入朱古力漿拌勻,再篩入麵粉,拌勻。

5. 將蛋糕糊倒入容器內,放入已預熱220度焗爐,焗約7-8分鐘。

70% chocolate 50G
butter 50G
icing sugar 35G
cake flour 12G
sea salt 1-2G
1. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
2 Eggs with sugar and salt using a whisk or mixer until thick and light yellow mix STEP 1
3 Mix cake flour and add a little seasalt
4 Add the melted chocolate and stir well.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared molds.
6. Preheat oven to 220°C Bake for 7-8 minutes
7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
