How do you do? Did you guys have a sweet dream? I am so worried about Coronavirus these days. Luckily, I got enough face masks to use but who knows what happen next? I need to go back to office in the next couple days. Let's us finger crossed that we will not catch any virus. :)

What I like about Chinese New Year apart from the family & friends gathering is the 'Ong Lai Tarts' Pineapple Tarts - that's only available for sale during this time.

Gotten my very first tub of Pineapple Tarts, (for testing), freshly baked made at home yesterday too & delivered to me today! 😍😍😍

I like mine made from SCS butter which is hard to find nowadays... Those that are crumbly soft pastry with melt-the-mouth texture & the pineapple jam is not too sweet with a sourish tone. 😋😋😋
