Các ví dụ sau Huyền lấy ra từ bài báo trên các trang như healthline, bbc, … mà Huyền đọc được về chủ đề Sleep:

▪Obesity develops gradually over time, as a result of poor diet and lifestyle choices, such as: eating large amounts of processed or fast food – that’s high in fat and sugar.
Béo phì phát triển dần dần theo thời gian, là kết quả của việc lựa chọn chế độ ăn uống và lối sống kém, chẳng hạn như: ăn một lượng lớn thức ăn chế biến sẵn hoặc thức ăn nhanh – chứa nhiều chất béo và đường.

▪Experts say you can avoid unhealthy eating habits at restaurants by checking the menu beforehand and saving a portion of your meal for lunch the next day.
Các chuyên gia cho biết bạn có thể tránh thói quen ăn uống không lành mạnh tại các nhà hàng bằng cách kiểm tra thực đơn trước khi đặt món và để dành một phần ăn cho bữa trưa ngày hôm sau.

▪The researchers said the key to a long life, for both men and women, is to take regular exercise.
Các nhà nghiên cứu cho biết chìa khóa để có một cuộc sống lâu dài cho cả nam giới và phụ nữ là tập thể dục thường xuyên.

Regular physical activity is important for good health, and it’s especially important if you’re trying to lose weight or to maintain a healthy weight.
Hoạt động thể chất thường xuyên là điều quan trọng để có sức khỏe tốt và đặc biệt quan trọng nếu bạn đang cố gắng giảm cân hoặc duy trì cân nặng hợp lý.
