Honoured to be kickstarting with our home’s living jazz legend Eugene Pao’s latest project ‘Old Friends, New Friends’.
I have been fantasising a duo project with mastero Eugene for quite a while already, never had the guts to reach out. So it was such a nice surprise when I got the invitation from producer Clarence!
We recorded two of the most beautiful jazz standards as a duo. The rest of the albums will be performed by a list of extremely talented musicians in Hong Kong. Can’t be more excited to share with you all when it’s out!
Also congrats to @jazz_world_live_series latest record label ‘Jazz World Record’ having such meaningful project as their first production!
