Josh在五月初加入了‘樂遊桐花’ 計畫！我們去了三個不同的戶外地點錄了三首歌，風景都包括桐花。特別開心就是有機會跟羅文裕，彭佳慧，吉那罐子 和 彤溫岑二重唱 合作！
另外也感謝Dixon鼓提供木箱鼓踏板，Little Roomer小鼓和Hi-Hat讓鼓聲變得很豐富！（錄音師煙囪哥也太厲害，在那麼挑戰的戶外環境錄下了那麼棒的聲音）！
Back in early May, Josh was part of the Hakka Music Tong Hua Project, filming acoustic songs in locations all over Taiwan that featured 'Tong Hua'! It was a real honour to be able to work with such great artists, Wing Lo, Julia Peng, Gina and Peng Wen Chen!
Also, thanks to Dixon Drums for providing a cable drive Cahon pedal, Little Roomer snare and Hi-Hat to make the acoustic kit sound so good outdoors! (Not forgetting the skills of 'The Chimney Brother' who managed to record so well in such challenging locations)!

李太：「兒子自小就有鼻敏感，他很怕吃藥或喝中藥，有甚麼可以做呢？」
CheckCheckCin：中醫理論認為小朋友「臟腑嬌嫩，形氣未充」，即器官還未發育完善，尤其肺、脾、腎三個臟腑較為虛弱的話，就容易患上鼻敏感。天氣一轉小朋友的鼻敏感便容易發作，要避開致敏源，避免生冷及寒涼食物，亦可按揉迎香穴紓緩噴嚏及鼻水等症狀。平日父母可以替兒子進行穴位推拿，尤其適合0-6歲小兒，每日一次，五日為一個療程，不妨在睡前作為親子活動進行。
補脾經100下
位置：位於拇指的指紋面。
手法：操作者以拇指指腹順時針方向旋轉推動。
推肺經100下
位置：無名指末端指紋面。
手法：操作者以拇指指腹順時針方向旋轉推動。
推腎經100下
位置：小指末端指紋面。
手法：操作者以拇指指腹順時針方向旋轉推動。
敏感發作急救穴位：迎香穴
功效：驅風、通鼻竅及止涕，紓緩急性鼻敏感發作時的痕癢、鼻塞、鼻水及噴嚏。
位置：鼻翼外緣中點旁
方法：用陰力打圈按壓約1至2分鐘

Chinese massage to relieve children’s nasal allergies
“My son has suffered from nasal allergies ever since you was young, and he’s afraid of eating Chinese medicines. What can I do?”
CheckCheckCin: According to Chinese Medicine theories, children’s internal organs are still tender and not completely developed. Those who have weak lungs, spleen, and kidneys may be prone to nasal allergies.
The moment the weather changes, these children would develop an allergic reaction, so remember to stay away from allergens and avoid eating raw and cold food.
On the other hand, you can massage the ‘Yin Xiang’ acupoint to relieve sneezing and a runny nose. Parents can also massage their children’s acupoints once a day for five days in a row, and it is especially helpful for children aged between 0 and 6. Consider giving your children a massage before sleep to strengthen family bonds.

Location: at the level of the midpoint of the lateral part of the nasal wing
Method: gently press on it and also rotate around in small circles for 1-2 minutes each time.

禾輋街市，呀好買餸
雞翼牛脷魚麪鍋
材料：
魚陣營陣陣魚麪3個
至營百搭鮮魚湯1條
惠里豚牛奶泰國雞翼6隻
香港地牛脷2包
辣椒仔1隻
芫荽1棵
處理：
1. 雞翼，清水解凍，用廚紙索乾，加入調味料：
a. 胡椒粉少許
b. 蠔油1湯匙
c. 老抽1茶匙
撈勻，醃5分鐘。
2. 牛脷，拆開包裝保鮮紙，用廚紙索乾水分。
3. 辣椒仔，切粒。
芫荽，切碎。
烹調：
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱少量油。
2. 放牛脷在鑊內煎香，每面各煎大約10秒。
3. 加入少量黑椒鹽。
4. 夾牛脷上碟。
5. 在鑊中加入少量油。
6. 放雞翼煎香，兩面都略煎至金黃色，加入清水100毫升，冚蓋，炆至收汁就可以了。
7. 在湯鍋上剪開魚湯，加入清水500毫升，大火煮滾。
8. 魚麪預先放室溫解凍15分鐘。
9. 魚麪，放入魚湯煮滾。
10. 雞翼已炆至收汁，放上碟。
11. 魚麪已煮好，放好牛脷及雞翼在上面。
12. 放上辣椒粒及芫荽碎在麪上。
13. 完成，可享用。
Ah Ho goes shopping in Wo Che Market
Ox tongue fish noodles claypot with chicken wings
Ingredients:
Fish noodles 3 Nos.
Fish soup cube 1 No.
Chicken wings 6 Nos.
Ox tongue 2 packs
Chili 1 No.
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Chicken wings, defrost with tap water. Dry with kitchen towels. Add seasoning:
a. Pepper little
b. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
c. Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
Mix well. Season for 5 minutes.
2. Ox tongue, remove cling wrap. Dry with kitchen towels.
3. Chili, dice in cubes.
Coriander, chop well.
Steps:
1. Heat up little oil at high flame in wok.
2. Put ox tongue, fry well. Fry for 10 seconds on each side.
3. Add in little black pepper salt.
4. Put ox tongue on plate.
5. Add in little oil in wok.
6. Put chicken wings, fry well. Fry both sides of wings until they turn into colour of golden yellow. Add in water 100ml. Cover up the wok. Braise until the sauce becomes thick.
7. Unsealed the fish soup on top of pot. Add in water 500ml. Heat up at high flame.
8. Defrost the fish noodles in room temperature for 15 minutes.
9. Fish noodles, cook well in the fish soup.
10. Chicken wings, the sauce has been turned thick. Put on plate.
11. Fish noodles has been cooked well, put ox tongue and chicken wings on top.
12. Put chili and coriander cubes on top of noodles.
13. Complete. Serve.

說到Jimi Hendrix你會先想到哪一首歌?
我會想到little wing。
根據網路上的資料，little wing這首歌最可以追溯到 “(My girl) She’s a fox 這首
歌”，這是一首在1966與”Ice man”合作錄製的R&B歌曲，據Hendrix 自述，Curtis
Mayfield可能是影響他的音樂最深遠的人，而這即是首基於Curtis Mayfield的風格寫成
的歌。他腦海中第一次出現創造little wing 這首歌的念頭是在1966年的表演時，接著在
1967年的 Monterey Pop Festival 上莫名有了更深一層的靈感，Jimi把在場可見的人事
物化為一位女性的形象，賦予她一對翅膀，這就是Little wing這首歌的由來。
在歌曲錄製過程中，Jimi在主奏吉他的部分使用了一種名為”Leslie speaker”的風琴喇
叭來製造類似 tremolo 或是 vibrato的音效，跟他之後所使用的univibe有異曲同工之妙
。至於什麼歌詞使用上特別有印地安風格或是錄製過程的細節我就不再多談了，總之這首
little wing就在1967年發行地<axis: bold as love>這張專輯內正式地出現了。
雖然我主要是想介紹我聽過的各種版本但不放Jimi本人的版本好像又有點說不過去，Jimi
那種縹緲的味道與他的歌聲實在是難以用文字形容，先聽再說吧。

在所有我聽過的版本中我最常拿出來聽的應該是以下這個Phil x的版本。Youtube一共可
以找到2009與2011兩個版本，2011的版本不但歌聲狀況好，伴奏的部分更是出神入化，
Jimi最為人稱道的節奏吉他就是 “不彈和弦卻又能發出那和弦該有的聲響”的功力，
Phil x 這版本完全體現這精神。至於solo就不用說了，我好喜歡的。

另一個我也很常拿出來聽的版本是2011年Yamaha在泰國的活動由Jack Thammarat、
Joshua Ray、以及我非常喜歡的Alex Hutchings一起演奏的小翅膀。充斥著各式各樣精采
的樂句，是又好聽又好吵的一個版本。

這麼經典的一首歌被80樂團拿來翻唱也是剛剛好的事情。在Bach嘶吼出那句 “Anything!
” 之後緊接狂野的吉他solo，再美好也不過就是如此。

身為80年代令吉他手重新拿起Fender的理由， SRV所彈的小翅膀怎麼能不聽? 這首歌絕對
令熱愛SRV的吉他手又愛又恨，好想note to note練起來但又好困難阿! 2013年的Fender
電吉他大賽某一首指定曲就是SRV在1984年所演奏的這個版本，一起來聽他讓小翅膀飛吧

面還有一些日本人非常優秀的cover、note to note cover SRV的Little wing、G3、
Steve Lukeather……。寫到最後我想問，說到little wing這首歌你會想到什麼、是吉他
之神Jimi Hendrix的名曲之一、還是像Tyler Larson說的”擁有世界上最美的和絃進行的
歌”、還是在某個吉他手的秀的尾端會響起的那首歌，隨著無限延伸solo代表一個美好的
夜晚該結束，卻又捨不得就這樣結束?
