SBL 為目前全球唯一照常進行的籃球聯賽，因而吸引許多海外球迷及媒體關注，轉播單位 ELEVEN SPORTS 為服務全球的球迷，從年度挑戰賽開始加開推特直播，也獲得廣大迴響，更吸引FIBA國際籃球總會洽談合作。
SBL is the only basketball league that is still playing in the world now, so it attracts the attention from many overseas basketball fans and media. For the fans around the world, ELEVEN SPORTS started broadcasting SBL games by Twitter since the challenge series. It got great feedbacks, and it even attracts FIBA to ask for cooperation.
