自己做的蓮蓉餡料真材實料，又沒有奇奇怪怪的添加物，不只乾淨也衛生，可以吃得安心～

1.一直把材料盡量中的清水煮到大鍋放入洗乾淨的乾蓮子然後維持中火煮個30到40分鐘大概煮30分鐘就可以時間到後可以在那個十來分鐘瓦斯爐煮法相同或是使用壓力式電子鍋或是傳統訂貨時間就約在印象芳時間到後來開過看一下基本上幾乎所有的水分都被吸收了騎稍微申辦一下檢查一下看有沒有漏網之魚有些簾子的瑞芯又被移除乾蓮子不需泡水，水大滾後直接加入滾水煮很好煮軟的，通常不容易煮爛可能和蓮子品質有關，如果蓮子是放了很久的陳貨，煮不爛的可能性相對更大。
