“MAN WITH A MISSION”(狼人樂團)為人氣動漫《我的英雄學院》演唱最新OP主題曲！
新曲名為〈Merry-Go-Round〉，於7月17日數位上架！

早前剛於6月9日發佈了新單曲〈INTO THE DEEP〉的MAN WITH A MISSION，隨即又再宣布最新歌曲的消息！他們將推出新曲〈Merry-Go-Round〉作為於6月26日開播的電視動畫《我的英雄學院》第五季下半部的新OP主題曲。

電視動畫《我的英雄學院》，其同名漫畫原作是於《週刊少年JUMP》連載的超人氣作品，原作作者為堀越耕平老師。《我的英雄學院》的人氣直逼全球，今年夏天更會在日本上映劇場版《我的英雄學院 THE MOVIE～WORLD HEROES’MISSION～》。電影以人類社會擁有名為「個性」的超能力世界作為舞台，描述主角綠谷出久與惡意利用「個性」的罪犯對抗時逐漸成長的英雄故事。

對於本次的OP主題曲，負責作曲的樂團成員表示「我真的十分喜歡《我的英雄學院》這部作品，很榮幸能夠為它創作主題曲！」，指他們是作品的忠實粉絲。

由五名頭是狼、身體是人的「究極生命體」所組成的日本搖滾樂團——MAN WITH A MISSION，最新歌曲是充滿戲劇性和力量的樂團音樂〈Merry-Go-Round〉。此歌曲是圍繞著人們心中「追逐著熱衷於某個目標的背影，卻感覺永遠難以接近」的感情，亦是此曲名所表達的意思。
使用了此歌曲的新動畫OP已於6月26日（六）開始播放，而新OP的PV亦已在開播前搶先對外公開。此外，〈Merry-Go-Round〉已於7月17日在各大音樂平台數位上架。

我真的十分喜歡《我的英雄學院》這部作品，這次很榮幸能夠為它創作主題曲！
出久憧憬著歐爾麥特、人在追逐著熱衷於某個目標的背影、卻感覺永遠難以接近，我將這樣的感情比喻成旋轉木馬寫進了曲子裡。希望這首歌曲能為這部優秀作品增添一點「Plus Ultra」的氣勢，讓我們一同期待這部新的故事吧！
