mankind ptt 在 [閒聊] 第一次在MANKIND買Aesop就出包.... - 看板BeautySalon 的推薦與評價
前陣子無意間看了查理的近期愛用品分享，
被她口中的「抗痘神器」～Aesop B3C肌膚調理凝露給生火了，
然後爬了一下版上關於這罐的心得，普遍都是好評，
恰好又適逢MANKIND搭配復活節的折扣，Aesop打七折，
真的很吸引人，畢竟專櫃一瓶要價NT3500，
MANKIND打完折只要59.5英鎊還免運，這樣折合台幣還不到2300元。
之前不曾在MANKIND買過東西，所以下單前有先爬文，
包裝陽春/破損/寄丟的災情似乎蠻常見的？
但因為價格實在是很甜，所以就戰戰兢兢的下單了....(掩面)
4/12下單，4/21出貨，4/27收到 (我只買了這罐，被收了關稅112元)
收到之後興沖沖的打開，也忘了要開箱錄影，
結果就悲劇了....
Errr....怎麼會這樣？？
居然收到一瓶The Ordinary植萃角鯊烷？？
網站上面的原價也才5.8英鎊，跟我原本下單的物品價值落差也太大了吧？！
而且拆完包裹才注意到包裝紙盒是來自一個「THE HUT」的購物網站？？
我從沒在該網站註冊過呀？
(後來上網查了一下，MANKIND似乎是THE HUT集團旗下品牌之一)
當下真的有點生氣又有點惶恐，急忙留言給客服並附上拆封後的照片尋求協助，
因為時差關係，隔天才收到回覆，還好客服那邊不囉嗦，問我要退款還是換貨？
雖然我還是很想要這個商品，但我對MANKIND的出貨物流已經沒信心了，
最後選擇了退款，隔天又收到客服回信，
說3-5個工作天會將款項退到我的信用卡帳戶。
這下才終於放心了。
而且客服也沒要求我把寄錯的東西寄還回去，可能是太便宜了？
第一次買MANKIND就出包，還是很想要Aesop B3C啊啊啊～～～
大家都是選擇哪個通路買Aesop才能便宜又穩妥呢？？
