肥瘦相間、多汁鮮美的牛小排，配上外脆內軟的酸種麵包，淋上瀑布般溫熱綿密、濃郁厚重的芝士，這誘人又罪惡的「路氹 午夜三文治」完美將瑞士流行的車輪芝士Raclette帶到了澳門。

車輪芝士Raclette是瑞士的傳統芝士，是本地人家庭聚會必備的經典菜式。侍應會在端上牛小排後，拿出直徑足有三十公分的半圓車輪芝士，芝士已用高溫烤過，侍應將已經融化的部分慢慢刮到牛小排上，芝士沿著刮刀的路徑，形成芝士瀑布，逐漸覆蓋牛排，見到令人食指大動。

想要留下芝士倩影的各位記得要提前準備好相機，因為一旦溫度降低，芝士的流動性就會大打折扣。

Juicy beef short rib, comes with sourdough, plus thick and waterfall like Raclette cheese - all in the 「Cotai Midnight」of The Conservatory.

As a traditional Swiss cheese, Raclette is served whenever a Swiss party is planned. After serving the beef short rib, half of a Raclette cheese round, around 30 centimetres in diameter is presented. It was heated, and the melted part is scraped onto the fine beef short rib. The waterfall of cheese wraps the beef gradually.

Tips for photographers, prepare your camera in advance because the lower the temperature, the slower the melting process.

星際酒店再次集結其旗下四家知名中餐廳 — 風味居、蘇浙滙、丹桂軒及珍味館，於即日起至11月30日共同推出以秋日河鮮為主題的八大名菜，結合不同地區地道的烹飪秘笈和工序，打造出一共24道菜品於三個月內分別呈現，引領賓客開啟一場金秋尋味之旅。

十月份菜式推介：
「風味居｜湘｜乾燒迷蹤蟹」
（圖1）這道洞庭乾燒迷蹤蟹别具獨特風格，味道清香，酸辣味渾然天成，是一道風味十足的佳餚。

十一月份菜式推介：

「風味居｜川 ｜重慶太安魚」
（圖2）太安魚俗稱坨坨魚，輕輕炸過的魚塊嫩滑如豆 腐，在香辣的調味下突出了豐富的層次感，百 吃不厭，享譽神州。

「丹桂軒｜粵｜油浸筍殼魚」
（圖3）筍殼魚因肉質鮮美深受食客喜愛，丹桂軒選用 約 1.3 斤的馬來西亞筍殼魚，現劏現炸，保留 了魚肉的鮮甜、嫩滑，配以秘製的豉油，更是 美味。

「珍味館｜徽｜臭鱖魚」
（圖4）臭鱖魚又名醃鮮鱖魚，是安徽省黃山市一帶的 特色菜餚。醃鮮鱖魚風味十足，順滑爽口，充分突出鱖魚鹹鮮濃郁的本味。

環保時尚找平衡，行李箱中找月餅

永利今年的迷你行李箱月餅盒早已風靡全網。為了支持本地企業，永利與澳門#十月初五街餅家 合作，將時下所流行的「桂花烏龍」、「流心鳳梨」、「香濃咖啡」等口味與傳統的月餅相結合，令人耳目一新。

享用完美味的月餅之後，這造型時尚的月餅盒，也給本次拍攝帶來了不少靈感。「在環保和時尚中找平衡」的concept早已成為時尚界的一個重要議題，無論是2019年由250個品牌，包括Hermes、Prada、Chanel、Burberry等所簽訂的《the Fashion Pact》；還是Uniqlo所秉持的「永續牛仔布」campaign，抑或是這次永利這次將可持續發展理念與傳統文化和styling的結合，都是前瞻性的嘗試。

🔸#環境保護局 於9月21日（#中秋節）至10月7日在全澳各區設置約800個月餅盒回收點，方便市民回收不再重用的月餅盒。大家亦可以積極響應政府「回收月餅盒好Easy」的號召，更多詳情在ig 主頁連結，為持續貫徹資源回收獻出自己的一份力。

In this photo-shooting, we got inspired from how to catch the fine balance between eco-friendly and fashion. 250 fashion brands has signed “The Fashion Pact” in 2019, the sustainable jeans promoted by Uniqlo and this mooncake creation from Wynn are fine examples too.

In this Macau food guide we focused on two Macau eateries, Philo Cafe and On Kei. These two Macau restaurants offered very different Macau food but both are for sure must try foods in Macau.

Philo Cafe serves interestingly delicious Macau coffee cocktails and we also tried their amazing waffles from the secret menu.

At On Kei we tried some crazy Macanese food, the testicles and private parts of a bull. Surprisingly it was delicious and a very strange noodle dish that is a foodie must try in Macau.
