果然是科學主軸的書，很硬😂😂

但有些觀念合起來頗難參透⋯⋯

Well hello there birthday month! So the goal this year is to step out of the comfort zone, and when I look around my social circle the action seems to be like a 'trend' and many are looking for a change, an exit, a leap, whatever it is, just not staying put. The dogma in life is like the standard curves in charts, those ups and downs are just laws you cannot defy, like gravity - what goes up must come down, you just draw the curves on a different scale that's all. I look at trend as a collective group social behaviour, which in the world of feng shui could be explain by "chi", like a massive magnetic field that affects how people think and feel. I used to believe that trend is created by some opinion leaders, but now I'm leaning towards the idea of a group social inclination, some people sense it faster and some slower, hence creating the illusion of key opinion leaders leading the trend - people influence people yes, but if there hasn't been a hole to fill in there will be no room to be influenced. I like that line in the movie Forever Enthralled a.k.a. 梅兰芳 -- "不是你赢了，而是时代赢了", it is not you who have won, it is the era that has won. There are a lot of philosophies in this saying, and it applies to almost all aspects in life, besides fitness perhaps because you can change the methods to being healthy and fit but not the result of being healthy and fit, so it defies all trends. Ok my mind is wandering around getting all philosophical about life, but I guess it all melts down to this - life gives us a lot of pointers to become whole, what are stopping us from seeing the pointers?
