📝 : คาเฟ่ขนมเปิดใหม่จาก Nanafruit ร่วมกับเชฟแม็กซ์ @maxamillionz แชมป์มาสเตอร์เชฟประเทศไทย ซีซั่น 3 ครับ เมนูเด็ดก็คือ cloudy cake มีทั้งหมด 4 เมนู original, young coconut, mango delight และ creamy delight ทานคู่กับไอศกรีม 1 สกู๊ปครับ ครั้งนี้ลองตัวเมนูขายดี mango delight ชอบตัว Whipping cheese ที่อยู่ด้านบนเนื้อเค้กพอทานคู่กับไอศกรีมมะม่วงและ passion fruit puree หวานตัดเปรี้ยวลงตัวมากครับ อีกอย่างคือลูกเล่นตอนดึงพลาสติกแล้วตัว whipping cheese ไหลลงมาคือน่ารักน่าเอ็นดูมาก 555 ส่วนเมนูเครื่องดื่มของทางร้านจะมีพวกโซดาและแบล็คที ใช้วัตถุดิบผลไม้อบแห้งของ NanaFruit มาทำเป็น dry fruit blended syrup แต่ละแก้วนั้นทางร้านไม่ใส่น้ำตาลเพิ่มนะครับ เราจะได้สัมผัสความหวานของผลไม้อบแห้งแต่ละชนิดแบบธรรมชาติเลยครับ

Công thức bánh mousse đầu tiên trên kênh của mình đơn giản dễ làm cho những bạn mới học làm bánh. Các bạn có thể xem clip bánh cheesecake chanh leo trên kênh của mình để xem cách mình lọc chanh leo lấy được nước nguyên chất nhất nhé.

Công thức cốt bánh cho khuôn tròn đường kính 15cm:
2 quả trứng gà (55-60g/quả tính cả vỏ)
30g bột mì đa dụng
10g bột ngô
35g đường
20g sữa tươi không đường
10g dầu ăn (hoặc bơ chảy)
¼ thìa cà phê tinh chất vani (tùy thích)
Công thức mousse xoài chanh leo cho khuôn tròn đường kính 16cm:
75ml nước chanh leo pha từ 2 quả
chanh leo
6g gelatin (khoảng 3 lá)
200g xoài xay
60-65g đường
200ml kem tươi (whipping cream)
Công thức mặt bánh:
50ml xoài xay
100ml nước chanh leo (từ 2 quả chanh leo)
20-25g đường (tùy khẩu vị và độ chua của hoa quả)
6g gelatin (khoảng 3 lá)
