這幾個月你防疫疫調匡列做成這樣，等同於讓黑數在全台到處竄，這難道不就是賭上國民的生命嗎?真不懂你到底有什麼資格講?
然後說高端還沒解盲就採購，這就更好笑了，你可以告訴我哪個國家不是未解盲就開始預採購的?
從去年爆發武漢肺炎初期，有許多國家就開始在研發及預採購疫苗，今年有一些國家如美國、加拿大、以色列為何被外界視為疫苗富翁，就是因為他們在初期就砸了大把銀子在國際上採購疫苗，如美國政府在去年中就開啟了名為曲速行動的計劃，其目的就是為了加速大規模研發出疫苗，採政府和社會資本合作的方式進行，砸了127億美金跟13家藥廠採購，這一些疫苗都在研發階段時美國政府就砸下重金跟他們預採購，就是因為這樣所以人家美國才能買到那麼多你知道嗎?
就只有你柯文哲民眾黨跟國民黨，感覺非常的悠哉，彷彿覺得全宇宙繞著你們打轉一樣，全世界的疫苗應該通通完成3期臨床，然後立即產出台灣所需要的量，接著以再以最便宜經濟實惠的價格賣給我們台灣足夠的量，如果照著你們這種作法，我們台灣人早就全部被押著去打科興了，你們這種做法能採購到任何一隻疫苗才有鬼
是不是因為你的智商有157所以我跟不上你的想法啊?簡直就是剛愎自用目中無人
其實在這種急需疫苗的時刻，你知道同時研發、採購、生產，立即在所有區域佈局如何冷鍊保存、如何進行施打，這每一個步驟都是在跟時間賽跑，去年美國政府在撒大錢到處採購疫苗的時候也引起很多人批評跟爭議，但以結果來說，他們賭贏了，因為事實上誰先砸大錢投資藥廠，藥廠就優先服務那個國家，就是那麼簡單啊，而去年美國預採購了哪些疫苗?
法國賽諾菲(Sanofi)/葛蘭素史克(GSK) (21億美元)：
賽諾菲、葛蘭素史克兩大疫苗廠，在去年4月結成合作關係，共同開發疫苗，並在7月與美國政府簽訂21億美元合作協議，包括協助疫苗開發，並確保1億劑生產
輝瑞(Pfizer)/BioNTech (19.5億美元)：
在去年7月時跟美國政府簽訂19.5億美元契約，承諾生產6億劑疫苗，美國政府將從中確保1億劑，同時獲得其他5億劑
阿斯特捷利康(AstraZeneca) (16.86億美元)：
阿斯特捷利康與英國牛津大學(Oxford University)共同研發的疫苗，在去年5月與美國政府簽訂12億美元合作，以加速疫苗開發；10月時，又追加簽訂有關新冠抗體藥4.86億美元的協議，不僅支持臨床試驗，也確保生產10萬劑抗體藥給美國使用
Novavax (16億美元)：
去年7月美國政府與Novavax簽訂16億美元合約，在其疫苗獲得核准後，供應美國1億劑，Novavax表示其疫苗特色在於加入Novavax的Matrix-M佐劑(adjuvant)，可用更少的劑量激發人體的免疫反應和防護效果
莫德納（Moderna） (15億美元)：
在去年8月就和美國政府簽訂15億美元合約，並確保供應美國1億劑疫苗
禮來(Eli Lilly) (11.875億美元)：
美國在去年10月以3.75億美元與禮來簽約，承諾供應30萬劑抗體藥給美國政府，此抗體藥已在11月取得FDA核准緊急使用授權(EUA)資格，同年12月禮來又以另一項8.125億美元的合約追加了65萬劑
嬌生(Johnson & Johnson) (10億美元)：
嬌生是最早投入疫苗開發的疫苗巨頭，其在去年8月與美國政府簽訂超過10億美元合約，預計在其疫苗獲得核准後供應美國1億劑
新興生物科技(Emergent BioSolutions) (6.28億美元)：
在疫情中備受疫苗大廠青睞、爭相合作的Emergent，在去年6月與美國政府簽訂6.28億美元協議，加快新冠肺炎疫苗的委託研究開發暨生產(CDMO)
再生元(Regeneron) (4.5億美元)：
去年2月就宣布投入抗體療法研發的再生元，在去年7月與美國政府簽訂4.5億美元合作，確保生產數千劑抗體雞尾酒療法，該療法也在11月獲得FDA批准EUA資格，也因用於治療美國總統川普而聲名大噪
富士軟片(Fujifilm) (2.65億美元)：

🔴MY REVIEW: Have used so many brands and keep coming back to this one. The scent is light and the cream goes on very smooth. It moisturizes well, not too greasy on my skin as it absorbs well. It can give me a dewy look. Awesome for dry sensitive skin as well. Definitely would recommend.
