妳從不知能深蹲蹲低的方法
增加深蹲的幅度可以提升訓練腿臀的效果。即使不用太大的重量,由於肌肉在較大幅度的收縮和伸展之下,會提升肌肉蛋白的橫橋作用(cross bridge mechanism),增加肌肉纖維破壞度而讓肌肉更快適應新的、更強的阻力或重量。
但是增加蹲低的幅度,必須是在正確的姿勢下進行才能達到以上談到的效果。
通常限制深蹲幅度的主要原因是來自於髖關節和腳踝的活動度,但是其實小腿前側「脛骨活動度」也是必須檢測的原因之一。
離心深蹲時(往下蹲),因為膝蓋的彎曲會讓大腿的股骨進行外旋,小腿的脛骨進行內旋。了解自己脛骨內旋是否有受限,或是兩腿發展不同,可以藉由一個簡單的居家測驗而得知,同時再利用簡單的彈力繩做練習,就可以達到平衡兩腳或是提升活動度的功效。
