昨（17日）監警會與投訴警察課代表舉行例會，警察高級臨床心理學家麥詠芬在會上指，警員及其家人均出現被「起底」及欺凌的心理壓力。麥詠芬指，在6月至8月間接到66宗輔導個案，對象包括警員及其家屬。

2 weeks ago, I did my first ever full medical check up. I peed in a cup, did pap smear, ultra sound on my boobs etc etc.. super grateful all the results came out great. Medically I'm fit. But body wise, I've been on this road of trying to cut meat, chicken and fish and trying to go full vegetarian. It hasn't been easy but I'm taking it one step at a time. I have though been pushing hard on my workouts and have been eating super clean. I feel good starting my day with a workout. Although most of the time you would see me IG story my pre or post workouts at @firestation.my , today I decided to join @thrivewithnadia at her gym. HI, I'm Hunny and I'm a workout addict.
