不捨地離開服務兩年的eBay行動拍賣團隊。在這裡學到了經營新興市場的大膽與衝勁，也學到了策略和取捨的重要。
駐地舊金山、總部在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹、部分團隊在上海及香港，網站市場在南非、墨西哥、新加坡、波蘭、愛爾蘭、阿根廷。與英國、澳洲、義大利、加拿大共同做app。兩年內旅行194天、42次。擔任5%的女性主管之一。
分別為業務高手、策略智庫的兩個截然不同但都非常優秀的老闆工作。有著出生入死一同奮鬥的同儕。從零開始，創建全新的產品管理、設計、專案管理、數據分析、變現收益團隊，幸運地有一群精英屬下不僅優秀，更懂得團隊合作。
和谷歌臉書合作最新功能、科技與設計概念，推出了又像網站又像app的世界第一批原生應用網站。翻轉改革一個賣家裡雜物的行動拍賣網站，成為墨西哥最大的房屋仲介網站之一。帶領南非最大的行動拍賣網站維持龍頭寶座。
為了趕上市日期，我們一度推出還未完成的功能，市場大失血，緊急改回舊版功能，失敗中上了痛苦卻寶貴的一課。
上個禮拜，在團隊會議上我一度哽咽，因為我親手打造的團隊就像我在職場上的家人一般緊密。（你們都見過他們了，他們是最近兩週的直播講者！）
但我已經準備好迎向下一個挑戰。謝謝你，eBay！❤️
Leaving eBay after two years of leading product in the classifieds local commerce emerging markets field. I learned to be bold and fast here, while also learn to appreciate strategy and focus.
Based in San Francisco; department headquarter in Amsterdam, Netherlands; have teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong, China; served markets of South Africa, Mexico, Singapore, Argentina, Ireland and Poland. Traveled 194 days with 42 trips in the past two years. Worked as 5% female leader in technology.
Worked for bosses who one came from sales and another one from strategy area. Different style but I learned a lot from both of them. Had supportive peers who went through the incredible journey together. Most amazingly, I built a great product Management, product marketing design, program management, monetization and analytics teams from scratch. They are star-performers while also worked like a championship team who helped each other.
I worked with Google and Facebook on latest technology and design concepts, and also launched first set of Progressive Web App in the world, which is website with app functions. Pivoted Mexico business and maintain South Africa brand as no.1 classifieds business in market.
To hit the deadline, at one point we launched unfinished product. Had to rollback and learned a lot from the failure.
Last week at my team’s staff meeting,our eyes were all red. For me, my team which I built from scratch is like my family at work - we are so close.
But, I am ready for my next challenge! Thank you, eBay.
