I hardly leave the house 🏡 due to MCO except for groceries and doc’s appt, which also means I hardly eat out and it has been many months since the continuous extension of MCO in Malaysia. As you can see from my cooking 🔴🟡🟢 IG @sheeats_shecooks, I cooked daily! And I cook fresh good food, not instant noodles 🤣 I really salute to all stay at home momma/ wife who cooks, clean and manage the household (includes kids and old folks), the work schedules at home can be very long, tedious and mentally draining at times. 💯 Yes, I salute myself too! Hahaha! It takes a strong woman to stay In this position! 👩🏻🦱💪🏼 Positive environment is so important for one to stay sane, I’m glad I’m still kicking and alive! Thank you for bringing me out to eat so I can get some off day frm the kitchen and some fresh air outside. 🍃 Ahhh, I definitely miss my own space where I can spend some time between personal and work. 🔥 I’m guilty for all the pending video editing for YouTube 🛎 (@jennliproductions) and business plan, just too committed with family right now. 😫 Hopefully I’ll find myself back soon! In the meantime, I’ll enjoy and contribute to what I’m able to until I’m ready to move on to the next stage where current priority is no longer as important as what I deemed as in future. 🥰❤️😘
Btw, I never knew breastfeeding bra can be so comfortable until I tried one! I even recommend it to my mom!! Hahaha!!! Same goes to the oversized dress too! 🤩

Growing spring onions again. Seeing new growth signifies positive progression in my current not-so-fun-pandemic life. The usual goals and rewards that I look forward to has turned to all chores and responsibilities. No more holiday trips, dine out, or romantic dates.. only house chores, groceries shopping and never ending work load in the kitchen. Hmmmm, but i guess, I’ll just be contented with what I have now until it is time for me to move on to the next stage. Definitely overqualified for a housewife role 🤣 too many skill sets and talents to be confined at home.. Need to get my money machine working again! In the meantime, please stay safe, healthy and practice proper SOP ok ❤️💪🏼
Love

最後一篇在蘭嶼的遊記,我真的很不捨得。
猶如回到那一年,那一天。
我們一起為那時候的我們慶祝,
慶祝完成了在蘭嶼的一個季節,
慶祝終於能夠好好和自己對話,
慶祝我們即將move on to the next stage。
回憶不可能複製,所以我要好好把它們記載下來,雖然遲了許多。
最後派對的晚上雖然不是聖誕夜,可是我們也互相交換了禮物。而且還有店休前的求婚大作戰加碼。
我在蘭嶼,完。

This year, from April to August, was the darkest time, but also the transformational moment of my life when this channel, "AnDyWuMUSICLAND," literally came from death to life. We've learnt how to "Fight For Love" in 2015, how to deal with the loss when "We Were Young" in 2016, but every time, in next phase of our lives, there are always different, unexpected challenges for us to confront.
The most important thing is: how do we deal with the struggle? When I was trapped in the hard feelings and asking "what have I done," "why did this world do this to me?" I almost didn't wanna fight anymore. I truly said a couple of times that "I wouldn’t do mashups anymore." and "There's no way I would release Mashup 2017." However, seeing how Ariana Grande fought against the terrorists with "One Love Manchester" gave me the whole new point of view. I realized that we could be sad, scared and devastated, but after all, we still need love, music, and connections with people to give us a cathartic experience. That's how we become and stronger.
"If we never learn, we been here before. Why are we always stuck and running from the bullets?" We cannot choose the challenges we are faced with, but if there's love, we can steer how it goes. In the end, we all have to thank, "Perfect Struggle," to make us perfect, and move on to the next stage of life.
(In August, I also made a short film called "Reconnection," directed & written by me, using an abstract way to express the intimate feeling of me during the dark time. And this film will be premiered on this channel soon as well. Hope you will like it!)
There are 6 stages of "Perfect Struggle”--
I. Cultivate 0:09
II. Struggle 1:43 ("Heavy": in memory of Chester Bennington)
III. Heal 3:15
IV. Intensify 5:51
V. Relive 7:07
VI. Perfect 8:22

ALLEN IVERSON played with a chip on his shoulder the size of Gibraltar. It was his fuel.
Sometimes that fuel flooded the engine, but Iverson never backed off a challenge. Maybe it was because of his childhood growing up in Hampton, Va., where he was the man of the house at a too-young age. Maybe it was seeing people from the neighborhood getting killed or going to prison. Maybe it was being imprisoned - wrongly, he believed - and missing out on his senior year of basketball. Or maybe because he was usually the smallest player on the court, feeling he had to prove himself every minute, showing everyone that size doesn't matter.
Whatever the reason, whether we agree with the method, the personality or the background, it all made Allen Iverson one of the fiercest competitors ever to play the game.
On March 12, 1997, as his rookie season was reaching the finish line, Iverson and the Sixers were facing the NBA champion Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan.
Iverson lit up the Bulls, tying a then-career high with 37 points, although the Sixers, despite a solid showing, bowed to the Bulls, 108-104.
But what defined this game was one move, Iverson's signature, the crossover.
Ever since his high school days, Iverson talked about the mastery of the move on the master, Michael Jeffrey Jordan.
"I used to always tell my friends that when I get on that stage, I'm going to try my move on the best," Iverson said.
Late in the game, Jordan found himself guarding the cocky rookie out of Georgetown and wasn't about to back down. And Iverson, like the young shooter taking on the old gunslinger, wasn't about to back down from a challenge.
"A lot of guys, when you see guys that you kinda looked up to, they kinda shy away from the challenge," Iverson said. "And I just took it on."
Iveron's hair was short and his collection of tattoos small, reminding us how young he was on this night.
He rocked Jordan once with a small crossover and then dropped the big one, moving to his right and swishing a 20-foot jumper just ahead of the flailing Jordan. The crowd at the CoreStates Center, anticipating what was about to occur, rose and erupted in joy. Our guy went one-on-one with the greatest player ever and our guy won, they were thinking. At that moment, Philly fell in love with Allen Iverson. He was ours. He was our David to the NBA's Goliath. We had a star, too.
"I don't think I planned it," said Iverson, who had faced the Bulls twice before, but the situation to try the move never materialized.
"I'll never forget coming off a screen and him switching and [coach] Phil Jackson hollering his name, telling him to switch out on me," Iverson recalled. "And I gave him the first little one, and I see that he's biting on it. And I hit him with the second one and made the shot."
Without making the shot, the move becomes an afterthought.
"I was going to put my move to the test, to see if it was real," Iverson said. "It had to be real if it worked on the greatest player to ever play the game. That made me feel good."
Watch the video carefully next time and you'll see what made Jordan such a great player.
"The craziest thing about it is, I hit him with my best move, and he still almost blocked it," Iverson said, laughing at the moment. "That's what was so crazy about it. That just let's you know how great a defensive player he was."
Two great players showing their stuff. Where have those days gone around here?
