我家最常吃的咖哩麵─面
愛吃咖哩麵，也算是吃過加影很多間咖哩麵了，感覺可以做一次加影區咖哩麵集結特輯，哈哈
要數我全家最常吃的一家店，是這一家，好像也一直有打卡，我妹說你最常去的反而沒寫過！
我和家人來吃時，常點咖哩麵，還有瓦煲老鼠粉，因為老鼠粉再撈點咖哩湯，絕了。
必須說一件趣事，我妹夫是文良港人，他的好基友常常來加影找他吃飯喝茶看戲，幾個兄弟的午餐必然是這裡的咖哩麵，幾乎一星期就吃一次，就這樣吃了好幾年，這一年因為疫情才沒有每週的兄弟約會日。
我妹說，幾個傢伙往往把人家桌上那罐蝦米辣椒給吃完，所以老板William對他們很有印象。據說還有人要跟老板買這蝦米辣椒出國，我都想買，加進maggi curry裡一定特夠味。
這裡的咖哩麵夠濃郁，很濃的那種咖哩，又夠辣，沒螄蛤，但有包菜芽菜魚餅豬皮豆卜和叉燒，料滿滿滴，我會建議吃咖哩板麵，配上蝦米辣椒，還是絕了。
這是一家被名字耽誤的好店，可能是大家覺得咖哩麵就得在更地痞傳統的地方，但這間cafe style的店，做的燒臘粉麵，雲吞麵、乾撈粉麵都很不錯。在還能堂食的時候，這裡逢週末就坐滿人，選擇多，總有一樣你會喜歡吃的。
老板William在這裡開店也有8年，不是本地人但也落戶在這裡了，問問歲數竟然比我小......，姐姐也到不該亂問人家年齡的時候，他知道我是常客，但不知道我是誰，所以要求採訪時他有意外，哈哈
有人說老板有點臉狊，這是對不太愛說話的人的誤解，訪問一輪後是很不錯的啦，屬寡言實幹型，在店裡忙出忙進的，年輕時做工廠，後來跟人學廚，就這樣做了十多年。
如今他還未開放堂食，也沒在外賣平台上賣（抽成多高你懂的），生意當然沒以前好，但為了安全暫時也就這樣。
對我而言，沒有加影最好吃的咖哩麵，因為無論是什麼食物，你覺得好吃的東西，必然是合你口味，所以有些東西你OK，可能我不OK，你覺得最好，我可能覺得so so nia。
所以，我推薦的，必然是也合我口味的東西，再歡迎大家交流。
我是個不斷去找新東西吃的人，只有試多了，才會找到自己喜歡的，再以此為標準繼續試其他的，因為每家做的各有千秋，在百花齊放的飲食業，只有不斷發掘，才會不斷有驚喜哦。

Just before the summer solstice, I spent three days in Maine's Acadia National Park. As part of my time there, I joined with the Wabanaki peoples to offer a gesture toward a new beginning, exploring how the intersection of nature and culture can help us shape a better future. The Wabanaki peoples have lived in the land we call Maine for millennia. The roots of the word Wabanaki can be found in the Passamaquoddy word Ckuwaponahkiyik, or “people from the land where the sun rises.” As the people of the dawnland, they consider it their responsibility to welcome the sun for the rest of the continent.

Happy Friday, since weekend is around so guess this is the best time to post this video.
I practice Yoga atleast 3-4 times a week and I make sure I include Nia and the good thing is that she loves it as much as I do.
She has been doing it with me for past 1 year or so and is now a pro if I may say so.
Here are a few of the asanas or poses we did last Sunday and I thought of recording it for you guys and moms who are planning to teach it to their young ones.
I have mentioned yoga poses in both English and Hindi and their benefits simultaneously. You can read more about them if you wish to.
