這間來自芝加哥的設計工作室也說了 " Manual is a design studio that creates products for celebrating food & drink " 自己覺得他們家的產品，使用起來都像一種小小的慶祝儀式，快不得，要慢慢來。

請 190 Café House 珈琲烘焙屋 的老闆試用了三種濾紙沖煮，效果最好的是搭配" kalita Wave 185 " 的濾紙，因為本身玻璃沒有做導水溝槽的設計，波浪濾紙剛好解決這個問題，放上金屬濾網效果也不錯！
