原來今日是全國漢堡日😆
當然要食個burger來慶祝一下
每年8月bank holiday前的星期四
就是National Burger Day
原來初初做漢堡的肉碎是leftover(餘下的食物)
因為不想浪費那些肉
所以變成漢堡
加兩片包
再加不同的配料，例如：洋蔥、芝士、蕃茄、生菜、煙肉和醃酸瓜等
再加不同的醬汁，例如：茄汁、芥末醬或蛋黃醬等
就變成漢堡包🍔了！
現在漢堡的肉除了牛肉
還有雞肉、雞肉、火雞、蘑菇或素肉等
選擇多了很多呢～

On top of its layers of fresh quality veggies, melted sliced cheese, diced tomatoes and eggs, I was particularly in love with this cleverly made Guacamole Wagyu burger for its glorious juicy wagyu beef patties and mashed avocado 🤤
This is also one of the thickest burger I’ve tasted and something we shouldn't miss out on this National month 🇸🇬

?QUEEN VICTORIA GARDEN
The Queen Victoria Gardens are Melbourne's memorial to Queen Victoria. Located on 4.8 hectares (12 acres) opposite the Victorian Arts Centre and National Gallery of Victoria, bounded by St Kilda Road, Alexandra Avenue and Linlithgow Avenue.
Queen Victoria's reign started in 1837, two years after the initial European settlement of Melbourne, and upon her death in 1901 it was thought appropriate to declare an enduring monument to her reign. A memorial statue was commissioned from sculptor James White showing the Queen in ceremonial gowns casting her regal gaze across ornamental lakes, sweeping lawns and rose gardens to the Melbourne Arts Centre Spire and the city skyscrapers.
Queen Victoria Gardens are part of a larger group of parklands directly south-east of the city, between St. Kilda Road and the Yarra River known as the Domain Parklands.

The Shrine of Remembrance (commonly referred to as The Shrine) is a war memorial in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in Kings Domain on St Kilda Road. It was built to honour the men and women of Victoria who served in World War I, but now functions as a memorial to all Australians who have served in any war. It is a site of annual observances for ANZAC Day (25 April) and Remembrance Day (11 November), and is one of the largest war memorials in Australia.
