仲有「紅菜頭·味噌椰菜花泥」,puree入口
即化,加埋新鮮紅菜頭,健康又好味。

▫️ main course第一款揀左「意式香腸·貓耳朵
意粉」,以番茄醬做base,賣相就咁睇紅卜卜,
非常吸晴;,而食落意粉好有咬口,而nduja呢種
香腸辣辣地口感柔軟,同平時食開既香腸
好唔同;整體開胃感瞬間up!

▫️ 呢到既「 Impossibe·Burger」亦有驚喜,植物肉
煎到外層帶焦香,咬落口感真係好似牛肉,
而且有淡淡既牛肉香,唔會太乾身,唔錯;
旁邊既薯條炸得金黃鬆脆,相對地無咁邪惡。

▫️ 甜品環節有我最愛既「Tiramisu」,係意大利
餐廳食到既一定係最正式,入口濕潤度岩岩好,
質感幼滑,甜而不膩,夠哂經典;而「Chocolate
brownie」混合左忌廉同埋雲呢拿雪糕,
令成件事更加滑溜,加埋brownie食到粒粒nuts,
層次豐富,唔錯。

Back to some Food Posts, after so many of us here in Hong Kong had gotten so angry this week, when your government doesn't owe up to responsibilities as usual & tried again to pull the wool over our eyes.. 🤔 Went back to 【Emmer Pizzeria, Admiralty Pacific Place】, which I have eaten numerous times but I actually think their Pizza dough improved finally~! At the new opening it tasted artisanal enough except it was somewhat chewy & dense for a Napoletana style pizza base.

Now it's much more approachable, and this topped with Mozzarella, Tomato, 'Nduja sausage with Calabrian spices & Basil leaves was totally on point, just wished they also carried a Vegan Chorizo option and then it's perfect ! *This was a customized item 🌶🌶🍕

呢隻粉中文係「貓耳朵」
一塊塊,
有厚度,有咬口嘅意粉。
一路攞返屋企一路聞到好香!
一打開!有層芝士!好正呀。
汁嘅濃度剛好,不過唔係好食到spicy,真心可以辣啲。
份量唔少,
因為好味又肚餓,以為可以一次過隊晒,點知飽到而家12點幾1點。
你見啲油,件事都heavy㗎,
我知道不是cheap油,
不過都係打斜個盒自己隔一隔好啲。
